That’s why we’re excited to share a number of nice changes we’ve put in place for 2022. As you think ahead to next year and consider what kinds of needs you’ll have, take a look at what’s new and diferent so you’ll be ready to enroll or make changes to your Sodexo benefts. Also, see the enhancements to benefts for progressive lenses • Increased company-paid life insurance for full-time hourly employees—Under Free Basic Life, the beneft for hourly employees will increase from $10,000 to $25,000 • Dental rates go down for the third year in a row—We reduced our dental rates while keeping our dental plan benefts in the top quartile for our industry • Most rates will stay the same for 2022 with the exception of medical coverage Changes to what you pay for medical benefts With healthcare costs continuing to rise nationwide, there will be an increase in 2022 medical rates and some changes to the CareFirst medical plan benefts. Changes to other medical options’ rates vary. What doesn’t change is that Sodexo will still pay for the majority of medical costs.
