Found at the end of a long country lane, shared by a neighbouring farm and a few other properties, the house is within easy reach of the nearby village of Cannington where there are several shops catering for most daily needs, five public houses, some with accommodation and restaurant facilities, a health centre, agricultural college, two churches and a village hall, as well as a primary school in the centre of the village.
