Bedminster’s Secret Gardens Open Weekend 2021 Welcome to our secret gardens - we hope to inspire you with a world of plants in our creative, productive and beautiful gardens that are normally hidden from the public eye. The Secret Gardens Trail is part of the Blooming Bedminster project celebrating green and growing projects across BS3. Thanks to our advertisers, all the money we raise will help support local community gardening and environment projects, see page 4 to find out about previous projects we’ve supported. Please donate £2 (remember to bring cash and feel free to donate more!) at the first garden you visit and get a sticker to show you’ve given your support. For any last-minute changes to information in this guide or details of additional gardens opening but not listed in the brochure please visit: bloomingbedminster.org.uk or check Blooming Bedminster on Facebook or @BloomingBedmin1 on Twitter. On Saturday 10 July, between 11-3pm guides will be available from our pop-up informa- tion stall outside Nat West bank on North Street. We’re working hard to make Bedminster’s Secret Gardens ‘Covid-19 safe’. Hand sanitiser is available at every garden and some gardens may restrict the number of people allowed in at one time. Please look out for notices and be patient. Find out more about our Covid safe plans at bloomingbedminster.org.uk Please bring a face mask with you as you may be asked to wear one if passing through a house to visit the garden. Please note that there are no toilet facilities at any of the private gardens, however there are toilets at Riverside Garden Centre and Windmill Hill City Farm (garden 28 on the map). 3
