Bay Area Workforce Development Board OUR MISSION The Bay Area Workforce Development Board, consisting of selected community representatives, develops a skilled workforce by strategically allocating and coordinating resources to address community needs by working through others for the benefit of all. OUR VISION The vision of the Bay Area Workforce Development Board is that job skills and educational levels are increased, quality of life of all individuals is enhanced, while employers' needs are met. I've had nothing but a great experience with WIOA over the last 3 years! Really made a difference in my Client Testimonials life and relieved financial stress. I am so glad to have the opportunity to change my career through WIOA. I financially would not have She has helped me tremendously with many things; been able to do this without it. she is always finding different resources to help with obstacles I have come across. This program has been so beneficial for me and my educational needs.
