B e E f S t R o Ga N o F f In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 500 grams beef steak • 40 grams packet of Colemans beef stroganoff Seasoning Mix • 200 grams cream cheese • 200 grams mushrooms Do ThIs: Chop Beef into strips then lightly brown it in a non- stick frying pan over a medium high heat. Add the seasoning and 1 cup (250ml) water, reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour. Stir in the cream cheese until a nice smooth sauce results. Add the mushrooms and simmer for a final 10 minutes. this is a brilliant veggie smuggler,. Add peas, onions, peppers….whatever you have!
C o W b Oy B e A n S In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 1 large butternut squash • 1 tin baked beans • Worcestershire Sauce • Any type of meat (heck chicken sausages work great) • salt & pepper as desired • 1 chicken/vege stock cube Do ThIs: Chop the squash into chunks & boil in a pan of water with stock cube. Dice the meat. Once squash is soft to touch with fork, add meat to pan. Once meat starts to be cooked, remove some excess water and add the beans & Worcestershire Sauce. Leave to simmer until meat is cooked & everything is mixed, hot and smelling nice. this single meal provides 2 of your 5 a day!
C h I l L i C o N Ca R n E In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 500g Beef Mince • 1 Packet Chilli Seasoning Mix • 1 Jar Passata Sauce • 1 tin kidney beans (drained) Do ThIs: Brown the mince quickly in a non stick pan or pot. Stir in the chilli seasoning mix. Add pasta & beans. Leave to simmer until everything is cooked through, around 15mins if covered on medium - high heat. Garnish with cheese + jalapeños if desired. Another brilliant veggie smuggler! Also you can use fajita or taco seasoning mix for a change!
S aTaY C h I c K e N In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 1 TBSP red curry paste (or any curry paste) • 500g chicken breast • 1 TBSP peanut butter • 180ml cream Do ThIs: In a non-stick pan or pot heat the curry paste for 30s. Add the chicken and toss around. Add peanut butter and stir. Reduce heat, add the cream and stir. Let simmer for around 15mins on a low - medium heat. Serve with rice if desired. Really ANY curry paste and ANY meat can be used !
GnOcChI OnE PoT In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 1 TBSP olive oil • 6 sausages • 1 tsp chilli • 1 tsp fennel seeds • 500g fresh gnocchi • 500ml chicken stock • 100g kale • 40g parmesan Do ThIs: Heat the oil. Chop sausages with scissorsers straight into pot/pan. Add the chilli and fennel seeds (if using). Fry until sausages are done. Add the gnocchi to the pan/pot. Cook for a minute. Add the chicken stock then cover the pot/pan. Add the chopped kale. Cook until gnocchi is tender and kale is wilted. Stir in cheese and add seasoning if desired. The sausages can be replaced with ANY meat!
I tA l L i A n S a U s A g E Pa S tA In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 2 bell peppers • 1 TBSP olive oil • 6 Sausages (any type) • 250g pre-cooked pasta (any type) • 1 jar pasta sauce • 1 mozzarella ball • parmesan (optional) Do ThIs: Heat the oil in a pot/pan. Chop & add the bell peppers and sausages. Cook for 5mins. Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix. Add the sauce and mix. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Reduce heat, add lid and let the cheese melt. Plate and garnish with parmesan if desired. The sausages can be replaced with ANY meat!
ChEeSe StEaK PoTs In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 2 TBSP olive oil • 1 pack bell peppers • 1 box mushrooms • 1 large beef steak • 1 red onion • 1 mozzarella cheese ball Do ThIs: Heat oven. Chop bell peppers in half. Drizzle with oil and bake for 10mins. Thinly slice the steak. Fry with remaining oil. Add mushrooms & onion. Season if desired. Divide steak + veggie mix between baked pepper halves. Top with cheese and season if desired. Bake for 15mins more or until cheese is melted. Any type of meat can be used really!
B e E fA r O n I In Gs 8 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 2 TBSP butter • 500g beef mince • 2 tins tomato sauce • pre-cooked macaroni • salt & pepper (if desired) • Cheese (any type) Do ThIs: Pre-heat oven. Add mince to pan and cook. Drain off any fat. Add macaroni & butter to same pan & cook until butter is melted. Add tomato sauce & cheese. Season if desired. Transfer everything to a oven dish then bake for 30mins in oven or until heated through. Perfect for cooking ahead and freezing!
B&G RiSoTtO In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 2 pre-cooked beetroots • 100g goats cheese • 500ml veggie stock • 185g arborio rice Do ThIs: Add stock to pan with rice. Heat & stir until liquid is mostly evaporated. After 10mins add the diced beetroots & keep stirring until rice has consistency of wet porridge. Season to taste. Serve with crumbled goats cheese over the top. add some lemon juice for some extra ZING!
C h I c K e N Pa R c E l S In Gs 4 S e Rv YoU’Ll NeEd: • 4 chicken breasts • 100g goats cheese • 2 TBSP thyme • 1 TSP lemon juice • 4 TBSP olive oil • bacon (optional) Do ThIs: Preheat Oven. Make a pocket in each chicken breast, keeping the opening narrow. Stuff with goats cheese, thyme, lemon juice & seal with a tooth pick. Sprinkle with seasoning if desired & a little oil on outside of breasts. Bake until done. wrap in bacon if you want + serve with whatever is laying around handy!
