        BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
        Joseph Sandahl joined NAI Elliott in 2011. He serves as the Senior Director of
        Capital Markets. In this role, Joseph brings over 25 years of broad-based
        commercial real estate experience to the firm and plays an integral part in the
