Small class sizes, a certified teaching staff, and a biblical teaching core make this school fertile
soil for your child’s development. Established in 1982, Grace Christian School is a ministry of
Penn Valley Church. All teachers are believers who have been called to the ministry of teaching
young people. They have been carefully selected based on their professional qualifications,
experience, and devotion to Christ, allowing us to offer a quality Christian education.

Online Bidding Instructions
Register for a bidding number at https://gcsonline.cbo.io
• Bidding will start at 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 23. You may register before or after
bidding opens. Once you have registered, a bidder number will be assigned to you via
text. Once bidding opens, you may use your bidder number and password to log in and
place anonymous bids on any of our numbered items at any time, on any device. If you
prefer, you can place a maximum bid, which will automatically bid for you up to your set
amount. Keep checking up on the bidding fun throughout the week! You will receive a
text notice whenever you have been outbid, along with the link to bid again. Don’t let
that item get away! Bidding will end at 12 noon, Saturday, March 27.
• Featured Food Items: Our own homemade chicken corn chowder and sticky buns!
To make sure you get them, please pre-order, starting today, on the bidding site by 8
p.m. on Thursday, March 25, then plan to pick them up fresh on Saturday from 2-5 p.m.
Limited quantities will also be available for “Grab ‘n Go” in the school lobby on Saturday.
• Featured Dinner Items: Back by popular demand are two special dinners, a GENUINE
URUGUAYAN PARRILLADA (BBQ) DINNER and O’BRIEN’S AWESOME PIZZA DINNER!
Please note that tickets for these dinners are sold by the pair. Bidding on the first pair will
end at 12 noon on Saturday. Bidding on additional pairs will end every five minutes until
they are gone. So if you don’t win the first pair of tickets, you’ll still have a chance at the
next pair up for bid!
• If you have any questions about the items for sale or the bidding process, please email
our auction coordinator, Pam Stoneback, at ptf@gcs-online.org.
• After bidding closes at noon on Saturday, you may checkout securely from any device
using your credit card, Venmo, Pay Pal, or Apple Pay (small fee applies) by tapping
the red “Pay!” button. If you prefer to pay by check or cash (no fee), don’t check out
online, just bring your check for the total amount with you (payable to Grace Christian
School) when you pick up your items at school.
• Your winning items may be picked up at Grace Christian School (front lobby area) on
Saturday, March 27 from 2-5 p.m. OR Sunday, March 28 from 2-5 p.m. If you
are making a donation only, please pay online or mail your check to GCS at 320 North
Third Street, Telford, PA 18969. If you would like your gift certificates/cards (only)
mailed to you, please be sure to pay online and then email Pam at ptf@gcs-online.org
requesting that your certificates be mailed to you.
• All sales are final; there will be no exchanges or refunds given. We cannot issue refunds
or credits due to possible extended or permanent business closures. Thank you for your
support and understanding!

Mrs. Carollo: A Children’s Summer Garden Tea Party at my house in Telford for four girls.
Mrs. Landis: Enjoy a family backyard BBQ for you and your family with Mr. and Mrs.
Landis! The backyard BBQ includes a BBQ meal, swimming, firepit, and hiking in the
woods. Event to be scheduled for a mutually agreed upon date in June 2021.
Mrs. Kulp: Enjoy a picnic in the pavilion with Mrs. Kulp for you and a friend! You and your
friend will order lunch from a local fast food restaurant and enjoy lunch outside with Mrs.
Kulp. Will be used on a date in May.
Mrs. Foote: Enjoy a special luncheon for you and two friends with Mrs. Foote! Will be
used during lunch time in school.
Mrs. Saunders: Let’s go to the movies at Grace Christian School! You and a friend will
enjoy the company of Mrs. Saunders, as she features a fabulous afternoon after school
with a movie, snacks, and delicious popcorn. Event to be held on a mutually agreed upon
date. There will be two winners for this feature!
Mrs. Coyle: Enjoy a special lunch for you and a friend with Mrs. Coyle. You also will
receive a gift card of your choice to be used on your own at a later date (choose from
either a gift card for “Mini Golf for Two at Freddy Hill Farms in Lansdale” OR “Ice Cream
for Two at Energy Station Restaurant in Harleysville”.
Mrs. Schreier: Mini golf and ice cream at Freddy Hill Farms in Lansdale for you and three
friends! Offer valid on most Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings during the summer.
Miss Sabrina: Enjoy a pool party with Miss Sabrina for you and 5 friends at the
Stoneback home in Harleysville! Snacks and drinks will be provided. Event to be held on a
