DAY 1: Upon arriving at the airport, you’ll meet your private driver and transfer to the hotel. Check-in time at your hotel is 3PM. Every effort will be made to have

Join your fellow guests on your luxury air-conditioned motor coach for a panoramic tour of London’s most iconic landmarks. Drive by Hyde Park Corner, St.
James Park and Buckingham Palace. Continue the drive toward Parliament Square, where you will see the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and
Westminster Abbey.
Arrive at the Ritz Hotel London, the first hotel to be awarded a Royal Warrant for Banqueting and Catering Services by His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales
(the future King Edward VII). Enjoy a glass of champagne upon arrival before sitting down to a tea etiquette class taking place in the Marie Antoinette Room.
This very room was once used by Sir Winston Churchill, Dwight Eisenhower and Charles De Gaulle to discuss operations during World War II. The Ritz has
played host to many other famous and Royal people over the last century, from Charlie Chaplin to Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother.
You will be joined by Britain’s royal etiquette expert, teaching you the royal etiquette of afternoon tea. Grant Harrold is a former royal butler and a member of
the royal household of their Royal Highnesses, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall. Enjoy an enchanting afternoon learning the royal etiquette of
afternoon tea, followed by a delicious afternoon tea to practice your new skills.
Take a short transfer back to your hotel, for the remainder of the evening at your leisure.
DAY 2: After breakfast, depart your hotel and head toward Kensington Palace for a private morning tour before it opens to the general public. Follow your
knowledgeable guide through Kensington Palace and into the Kings and Queens State Apartments. What once was the childhood home for Queen Victoria is
now more recently known as a fashionable home to Britain’s young Royal families, including the late Diana, Princess of Wales. It is now the London home of the
Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children.
Following your tour, you’ll be able to explore this wonderful palace and grounds further at your leisure. Perhaps view the spectacular display of royal court
dress from 1760 to present, including those worn by HM Queen Elizabeth II and Diana, Princess of Wales. Enjoy a light lunch in the palace restaurant before
departing the grounds for the next stop, the Royal Mews.
Arrive at the Royal Mews, the mews of the British Royal Family, best known for providing transport to the Queen and members of the Royal Family by horse
drawn carriages or motor vehicles. It is also home to one of the finest working stables in England, responsible for training the Windsor Greys and Cleveland
Bays. While you can explore this venue with a self-guided visit, your tour guide will be able to answer any questions you may have to enhance your visit.
Depart the Royal Mews and arrive for an inside guided tour at Westminster Abbey. Founded in 960 C.E., the Abbey is world famous as the resting place
for some of the most significant people in Britain’s history and as the setting for coronations and other great pageants. Half national church, half national
museum, inside the Abbey walls you can view some of the most glorious examples of medieval architecture in London, including some of the most impressive
collections of tombs and monuments in the world. Your knowledgeable guide will take you on a tour explaining how the abbey’s interior presents an
exceptionally diverse display of architectural and sculptural styles.

You will have time to relax and refresh before joining your fellow guests to indulge in a private, three-course meal. DAY 3: Following early breakfast at the hotel, your luxury air-conditioned motor coach will head toward the Tower of London for a private viewing of the Crown Jewels. For over 600 years, Kings and Queens of England have stored their robes, crowns and other items of ceremonial regalia at the Tower of London. At the Duty Exhibitor’s invitation, you may enter the viewing room and marvel at the Imperial State Crown with its 2,868 diamonds, including the Black Prince’s Ruby and the 317.4-carat Cullinan Diamond. Following your tour, enjoy free time to further explore the colorful history of the Tower of London at your leisure before departure. Arrive at St. Paul’s Cathedral for a guided visit of Sir Christopher Wren’s splendid masterpiece. St. Paul’s was built after the old Gothic cathedral was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1666. It has been the venue for countless religious and historic events, including the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer in 1981 and more recently, the ceremonial funeral of Britain’s only female Prime Minister, Baroness Margaret Thatcher. Travel to Blackfriars Pier and board your luxury private vessel, The Edwardian, which featured in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee River Pageant. Enjoy a luxury, three-course lunch, while relaxing to jazz music on this leisurely afternoon cruise along the River Thames. The Thames carves its way through the very heart of London, making it the perfect opportunity to glide past some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Big Ben, the London Eye and Tower Bridge. Enjoy free time to browse through this beautiful store with its spectacular atrium and its fabulous array of food, gifts, accessories and homeware. A short walk behind Fortnum & Mason, Jermyn Street is home to several Royal Warrant holders. These include Floris London, the oldest independent, family- run perfumer in the world who received their first Royal Warrant in 1820; Paxton & Whitfield, Britain’s oldest cheese monger who were appointed to HM Queen Victoria in 1850; and Turnbull & Asser, a Royal Warrant shirt maker, who have been dressing some of the world’s most distinguished men since 1885. DAY 1: Explore Kent’s rolling green and gentle hills, taking in the beautiful scenery as you immerse yourself in this rich county known for hundreds of years as
the Garden of England. The abundance of fruit growing and hop gardens help to reinforce this reputation.
Arrive at airport, where you’re met by your private driver and transferred to the 900-year-old Leeds Castle. Built in 1119 by Robert de Crevecoeur, the castle has
been home for six medieval queens, served as a royal palace owned by Henry VIII and more recently, has played host as an elegant weekend retreat for guests
such as John F. Kennedy, Errol Flynn, Douglas Fairbanks and Charlie Chaplin.
Familiarize yourself with your surroundings by perhaps taking a stroll through the gardens this afternoon or explore the castle at your leisure.
Enjoy a welcome reception and dinner in the Castle View restaurant as you imagine times gone by and those who’ve helped to create the history and splendor
that surrounds you. The 17th-century, oak-beamed setting offers the perfect atmosphere with spectacular views across the terrace to the beautifully lit castle.
DAY 2: Following breakfast, join your expert guide and begin the day with an early access tour to discover more about the glorious past of this unique castle.
Continuing on, take a short transfer to visit a strawberry farm with a difference. The Boucher family has been farming in Kent for over 130 years and since
1942, the specialty has been quality, soft and top fruit expertly grown for Wimbledon – as well as renowned supermarkets. On arrival, relax and enjoy
champagne and strawberries (freshly picked of course) as you look out over the Victorian garden and learn more about the history of this farm, which is now in
its fourth generation. Following the talk, take time to explore the orchards and pick some seasonal fruit of your own to savor after your visit.
Next it is time to enjoy lunch at a traditional English pub located in a quaint village. The pub is a former blacksmiths and local folklore has it that a man once
shoed his horse in the bar.
Following lunch, transfer to Doddington Place Gardens. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the landscaped gardens are set in the grounds of an
imposing Victorian mansion. The woodland garden includes many different varieties of rhododendrons and azaleas; also, a large Edwardian rock garden with
pools; a formal sunk garden with herbaceous borders and a flint and brick folly. Extensive lawns and avenues are framed by impressive, clipped yew hedges
and many fine trees.
Take the short transfer to a local country pub for dinner – a chance to enjoy some fine local produce in a sophisticated atmosphere.
DAY 3: After breakfast, join your guide and transfer to Hush Heath Winery, a hidden gem in the wine garden of England. The estate produces one of England’s
most iconic and exclusive sparkling wines using the traditional method.
Built in 1503, Hush Heath Manor initially served as a pair of wealthy weavers’ cottages. By the time the Balfour-Lynn family purchased it in the 1980s, it required
extensive restoration. The following four years entailed a full restitution of the roof, gardens and interior period features. Here, the label, Balfour 1503, was
born. The names Balfour 1503 Classic Cuvee and Balfour 1503 Rosé relate back to the wines’ provenance and ties them into the rich heritage of the estate.
Today, the hillside on which Hush Heath Manor sits overlooks the vineyards, apple orchards and winery and is at the heart of Hush Heath Estate.
Enjoy a bespoke private tour with your own dedicated guide and visit the state-of-the-art winery to discover how they make their award-winning still and
sparkling wines. Explore the vibrant flora and fauna as you stroll through the Estate’s beautiful vineyards, apple orchards and ancient oak woodlands.

Transfer to Sissinghurst Castle Garden, nestled in the Weald of Kent. Situated within the ruins of a great Elizabethan house, framed by the rich Kentish
landscape of woods, farmland, lakes and streams, the famous garden with romantic pink brick tower is the result of creative tension between the formal
design of Harold Nicolson and the abundant planting of his wife, Vita Sackville-West. The layers of color, intimacy of different garden rooms and rich,
herbaceous borders are the epitome of an English garden and provide an ever-changing picture throughout the seasons.
An ancient site, its name in Saxon means “clearing in the woods.” The evolving history of the gardens and the remains of the castle are a true treat to see. Soak
up the well-presented exhibition that tells you the castle’s involvement during the past from the Napoleonic wars right through to the popular hop picking era.
The castle itself was developed around the surviving parts of an Elizabethan mansion with a central red-brick prospect tower, which still survives today. The
rooms inside these impressive turrets are intimate and romantic in atmosphere and provide enchanting libraries as well as the study, where Vita worked on her
famous books.

Founded by William the Conqueror in the 1070s and enlarged and modified by successive sovereigns, today the Tower of London is one of the world’s most famous and spectacular fortresses. During a guided visit see the famous Yeoman Waders (also known as a Beefeaters) who have been guarding the Tower of London since Tudor times and visit the White Tower that today houses a display from the Royal Armories collection, including the armor of Henry VIII and the historic instruments of torture. See the Bloody Tower and Traitors’ Gate located beneath St. Thomas’s Tower. Traitors’ Gate provides access to the Tower from the River Thames and became known as such because of the number of prisoners accused of treason who passed through it. In 2012, this leafy London suburb became the Royal Borough of Greenwich in recognition of the town’s long and illustrious heritage, as well as its royal associations. Enjoy visiting the key sites of Greenwich, including moments to admire the facades of St. Alfege Church, the Royal Naval College and the Greenwich Market. Delight in stops at the National Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory. The National Maritime Museum, first opened in 1937, is formed from the Queen’s House and has two separate wings joined by colonnades. The west and east wings, plus the linking colonnades, were built in 1807-16 by Daniel Alexander. The west wing holds the main body of the museum, while the east wing is predominantly used for special exhibitions. There is a wonderful collection of boats and naval memorabilia, relics, maps, charts and uniforms, which together tell the long story of Britain’s history as a seafaring nation. Nelson’s blood-stained uniform from the Battle of Trafalgar is one of the star attractions. The numerous exhibits at the museum proudly reflect the history of mankind’s association with the sea. The world’s time has been measured from Greenwich since 1844 and it’s here at the observatory that you will have the opportunity to straddle the hemispheres. Standing as a monument to navigational research, the Royal Observatory is the original home of Greenwich Mean Time and is famous for being the source of the Prime Meridian line that divides the East from the West (longitude 0° 0’ 0”). The observatory galleries unravel time, space and astronomy, whilst the planetarium lets visitors explore the heavens. At Flamsteed House, (Sir Christopher Wren’s original building), you can view London’s only public camera obscura. TIL304 HEVER CASTLE AND GARDENS JUNE 18, 2022 5 HOURS $219pp Enjoy a visit to Hever Castle, the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, second wife of King Henry VIII, Queen of England from 1533 to 1536 and mother of Queen Elizabeth I. The original castle at Hever dates back to 1270, but the Tudor manor house that exists today was built 200 years later and was extensively renovated by the American millionaire William Waldorf Astor in the early 20th century. The splendid rooms contain fine furniture, tapestries, antiques, an important collection of Tudor paintings and two prayer books inscribed and signed by Anne Boleyn herself. Following your visit to the castle, there will be time to discover the magnificent award-winning gardens that are set in 125 acres of glorious grounds. One of the most magnificent areas of the gardens is the Italian Garden, which was designed to display William Waldorf Astor’s collection of Italian sculptures. The colorful walled Rose Garden contains over 4,000 bushes. There are many water features around the gardens, including Half Moon Pond, the Cascade and grottoes, and a formal Loggia fountain inspired by the Trevi fountain in Rome. ST. MARY’S, ISLES OF SCILLY, ENGLAND, UK SCI301 ARCHAEOLOGICAL WALK JUNE 20, 2022 | 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM 2.5 HOURS $79pp Surrounded by ocean 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly are a place like no other. Isolated and remote, they are home to a remarkable range of historic sites, many dating as far back as the Bronze Age. In fact, this small group of islands holds the greatest density of historic sites anywhere in the British Isles and there is no better way to explore them than on foot. Beginning in the busy little harbor on St. Mary’s, the largest of the islands, walk through the tiny capital, Hugh Town, following the scenic coastal path as it wraps around the northwest side of the island. Passing pretty Porthmellon Beach, with its grassy dunes and white sands, you’ll head up a brief incline to Harry’s Walls, an unfinished mid-16th-century fort. Intended to protect St. Mary’s from an attack by the French or Spanish, this fragmentary Tudor artillery fort is the perfect place to take a moment and enjoy the stunning views across the other islands. Continuing inland along the Lower Moors nature trail, you can admire the lush subtropical vegetation and keep your eyes open for a myriad of bird life that call this wetland home. Take in the remains of 13th-century Ennor Castle, Scilly’s only medieval castle, before arriving in the Old Town, which also dates to medieval times. It’s thought to be the oldest settlement on St. Mary’s. Stroll around the beautiful, sheltered bay, admiring the clear, azure waters before visiting the small, 12th-century church and cemetery. It is here where former British Prime Minister Harold Wilson is buried in an unassuming and secluded grave. It was in this restaurant in 1943 that Chef Joe Sheridan created what is now known as an Irish coffee, a creamy, hot coffee blended with Irish whiskey. Also known as Londonderry, Northern Ireland’s second-largest city lies tucked inside a 400-year-old wall, the best-preserved city fortifications in the Western world and the last to be built in Europe. Built between 1613 and 1619 to protect Derry from invasion, the walls rise to a height of 26 feet and, in places, stand 30 feet wide. In its entire history, the walls have never been breached, giving the city the nickname, “The Maiden City.” Today, with “the Troubles” over, Derry enjoys the freedom of a small, compact and developing city. Your guide will share their knowledge of the city as you make your way around each notable landmark. See the beautiful stone structure of St. Columb’s Cathedral, a Gothic cathedral that was completed in 1633.
