The competitions of the XXIII Central American and Caribbean Games Barranquilla 2018 will be carried out according to CACSO’s Statute and COMPETITION SYSTEM the corresponding International Federation Regulation in force during Elimination rounds, Semi-finals and Finals according to the provisions the Games. The cases not foreseen in the above-mentioned regulations set by IAAF will be solved as follows: Initial Height and progression of High Jump and Pole Vault: 1. Cases of technical nature will be resolved according to the procedures of North American Central American and Caribbean MEN’S HIGH JUMP – START AT Athletics Associations.
