Deactivation
The customer may have the BMW ConnectedDrive Services “TeleServices” (6AE) and “BMW Emergency Call” (6AC) deactivated at any time at
an authorised BMW Centre, a regional BMW branch or an authorised BMW workshop. Deactivation of this Service will also deactivate the SIM card
installed in the vehicle. This results in the Emergency Call in the vehicle also not functioning. The other Services can also be deactivated by the
customer (from August 2014) via the BMW ConnectedDrive Customer Portal (“My BMW ConnectedDrive”).The Ultimate
