Jointly owned by Keppel REIT and Mirvac Group, the 33-storey tower is strategically located within the Cathedral and Treasury Precinct, one of the most historic and iconic sites in Perth’s central business district. The building was named in honour of the late former chief justice David Malcolm to mark his lifelong commitment to justice and his generous support of charities and community organisations. The building is fully leased to the Government of Western Australia for 25 years with options for another 25 years. Upon completion in July 2016, it will house the civil arm of the Supreme Court, as well as offices for the Department of the Attorney-General and the Treasury.
