If the chain ring is not correct, the competitor may be disqualified. • The 6-8 year and 9-11 year categories are recreational and participative categories, emphasizing fun and the fact that we are all winners, so there will be no awards, only acknowledgments will be made at the podium.

Any athlete who does not meet the maximum times will be removed from the route. This includes natural phenomena, instructions issued by authorities, participant decision or any other situation that interrupts the execution of the event. By paying the registration, the competitor agrees to this.

Please be considerate. • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny access to spectators and competitors who have already used this service in order to be able to provide it to all participants. PACKAGE PICK-UP Date: Saturday, May 18, 2019 Place: Hacienda Tres Ríos resort (Carretera Federal Cancún – Tulum km 54) Time: 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm IMPORTANT • Packages can only be picked-up at the established time and place and will not be delivered to any other location, outside of these hours or on the day of the event. • Participants who do not pick up their package will lose their registration right, including all the points in item 4, as well as their right to compete. By registering, the athlete recognizes and agrees to this. • The package can only be given to the registered participant with identification and a signed letter of release, which can be found in the athletes’ guide, one week before the event. • All registrants give the Organizing Committee the right to use their image for the promotion of company events.
TIMING • An electronic system is used. • Preliminary results will be displayed at the end of the competition on the screen and in real time. It is the responsibility of each athlete to verify their result. Any appeal must be made prior to the awards ceremony and addressed to the FMTRI Technical Officer. • The starting times will be announced in the previously mentioned meeting. It is the responsibility of each athlete to know their start time. • Starting in a wave other than your own is a reason for disqualification. • If for any reason you do not appear on day of the event, you can turn in your electronic timing chip or send it by mail to Zacatecas 59, Col. Héroes de Padierna, Delegación Magdalena Contreras, C.P. 10700, México D.F. The deadline to return it is 15 calendar days after the event, otherwise you will be charged $250.00 (two hundred and fifty pesos 00/100). • After the awards ceremony, no claims or appeals will be accepted. AWARDS CEREMONY Date: Sunday, May 19, 2019 Place: Competition Zone Time: At 11:00 or when the Technical Officer announces it IMPORTANT • It is the responsibility of each winner to be present during the awards ceremony since trophies and prizes will not be available after the event. • All participants in the children’s categories will be recognized on the podium, but there will be no awards given. • Awards will be given to each branch of the first 3 winners of each category. • Awards will be given to the first 3 overall winners of both branches.

GENERAL INFORMATION • Technical Officials: Are assigned by the FMTRI and are the highest authority of this event. • Meeting: We recommend you attend as any changes or adjustments to routes, starts, categories or awards will be made public at this time. Date: Saturday, May 18, 2019 Time: 4:00 y 6:00 pm Place: Hacienda Tres Ríos resort • Marking: Marking will be done on the arms and legs and is mandatory when taking a bicycle into the transition zone. • Transition Zone: Access will only be granted to competitors, this also applies to children’s categories. Parents and companions must wait outside the transition zone. Date: Saturday, May 18, 2019 Time: 3:30 – 7:30 pm Place: Hacienda Tres Ríos resort • Clothing check: Located in the competition zone, it is only for competitors. Personal belongings will be returned to each athlete according to their competitor number. We do not recommend checking valuable items. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for damage or losses. • Parking: Two parking lots can be found inside the Nature Park Hacienda Tres Ríos; both close at 5:00 am. If you want to park inside, we recommend you arrive before that hour. It is strictly forbidden to park on the highway. Parking is free of charge. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes or adjustments to this information without prior notice in order to improve the competition, or due to instructions issued by authorities or climate changes, or for the safety of the athlete, etc. By registering, each athlete recognizes and agrees to this.
