A-Z Guide for Fans A ACCESSIBLE SERVICES Guests with Disabilities Daytona International Speedway welcomes its Fans with disabilities and provides numerous accessible features. During our events, if you have any questions about the disabilities services or other Fan amenities that the Speedway provides, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff, visit our Information Booths located throughout the property, or call our office at (386) 681-6888 or 866-ISC-TRAK(472-8725) (TDD). ADA Website http//www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/Track-Info/ADA.aspx The Speedway complies with all federal, state and local regulations regarding access for Fan with disabilities. Accessible Seating Accessible seating is available through the Ticket Office by calling 1-800-PITSHOP (748-7467), (866-472-8725) (TDD) or online at www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com. TTY/TDD Machines During an event, hearing impaired fans needing to use a TTY or TDD machine may go to the Guest Services Desk in the Tours Building (during lobby hours) or the Infield Care Center to use a TTY/TDD machine. Service Animals The Speedway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting Fans with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times. Fans are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags. Fans who bring service animals may request accessible seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably. Disability Assistance Carts Courtesy Assistance carts are available to assist Fans with disabilities. Visit an Information Booth for transportation assistance to another Information Booth, nearest tram plaza or admission gate closest to your seats. Fans should expect delays during peak times. To service all Fans in need of this free service, use of these carts is restricted to the Fan with a disability and one companion. For the safety of all Fans, disability assistance carts may not be operated in certain high pedestrian traffic areas immediately prior and following the conclusion of the event. DIS staff will determine when conditions are safe to resume operation in restricted drive zone. ADDRESS 1801 West International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Administration offices are located at the corner of International Speedway Blvd. & Bill France Blvd. in the Tours Bldg, and across ISB at the International Motorsports Center. ADMISSION GATES There are a total of 10 Admission Gates on property: • There are 6 on the Frontstretch. From East to West: (Tunnel 4 to Tunnel 1) - 6, 8, 12 (Premium) - 18, 22, 32 • There are 3 on the Backstretch From East to West: (Tunnel 4 to Tunnel 1) - 63 (D500 only), 61, 57(D500 only) • The main Admission Gate to Sprint FANZONE is located in the infield. Guests may access the Sprint FANZONE via the track crossover gates during the times when they are open. All Admission Gate opening and closing times vary by day and event. DIS A-Z AIRPORTS Daytona Beach, FL (DAB) - .5 miles Sanford, FL (SFB) - 32 miles Orlando, FL (MCO) - 57 miles Jacksonville, FL (JAX) - 107 miles ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES POLICY Florida State Law requires that individuals must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages, ID required at time of purchase. Alcoholic beverages may be brought on to property as long as they are not in a glass container.
AMERICROWN The official Food and Beverage provider for Daytona International Speedway ATM An ATM is located in front of the DIS Tours & Ticketing Building year-round. Additional ATMs are placed at event times throughout the property including in Sprint FANZONE, the Midway, and the Grandstands. Please reference the event map for specific locations. AUTOGRAPHS Outside of pre-arranged autograph sessions, it is at the discretion of a driver/rider to sign autographs. AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE For assistance on Daytona International Speedway property with emergency vehicle repairs such as the below, Please contact SECURITY 386-681-6755. B BABY CHANGING Restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. BACKSTRETCH/SUPERSTRETCH The backstretch seating area is open for the Daytona 500 only. Backstretch Suites are sold for all NASCAR racing days and are accessible through Gate 61. BAG CHECK All bags, purses, backpacks and coolers are subject to search upon entering the ticket gates. See Gate Policy for information of what is allowed through the admissions gates. BANNERS/SIGNS Banners and signs are generally permitted. They must be event-related, in good taste, and not commercial or political. Any such item deemed to be dangerous, inappropriate, or which obstructs the view for other fans or television cameras will be removed. Banners and signs may not be hung from DIS property. BICYCLES Bicycle parking racks are located throughout the Frontstretch for securing your bicycle. Please do not lock bicycles to the racks that create the bag search lines. If racks are full, bicycles may be attached to permanent fencing. Bicycles are not allowed in the Infield except during motorcycle events. During NASCAR and road racing events they can be stored complimentary overnight at the Turn 1 Tunnel. BUDWEISER 1876 CLUB This fan hospitality club is located outside of the Sprint Tower during Speedweeks. Please contact 1-800-PITSHOP to purchase tickets. BUDWEISER PARTY PORCH The Budweiser Party porch is located on the Backstretch and is accessible to all ticket holders on Daytona 500 Sunday. Additionally, it is open on Rolex 24 Saturday to upgraded ticket holders. C CAMERA/VIDEO EQUIPMENT Cameras and video equipment are allowed. Camera bags would be considered one of your two allowable items through the gates and are subject to search. CAMPING We offer a range of camping options for all publicly ticketed events. Please visit www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com or call 1-800-PIT-SHOP for more information. General Policy Information • Each person over the age of 12 must have an infield admission ticket. • Staging on Speedway property in advance is not available. • All entry times are subject to change. • Infield admissions purchased at the tunnels are cash only and are valid for infield access only; not valid to grandstands. • Site sizes are approximate in size and may vary. • Only self-contained RV’s will be allowed to access GEICO Infield RV Camping areas.
• Self-contained is defined as having on board potable water storage, a cooking stove, a water or chemical toilet, permanently installed holding tanks with a three-day capacity for gray or black water. • Stakes are not allowed on asphalt surfaces. • Generators are permitted; however for the safety of our fans we recommend turning off generators in the evening and direct exhaust away from enclosed areas to prevent harm to you or your neighbors. • Proper ventilation is required in RV’s and campers. Use caution when using generators, gas lights, stoves and heaters. • All vehicles (and items) must fit within the reserved site and not impose upon neighboring site or fire lanes. • Vehicles/items brought into the infield may be subject to inspection. • Sleeping tents are not permitted in the reserved GEICO RV camping areas. Screen or picnic tents are allowed. • Potable water is provided throughout the infield at the restrooms for the exclusive purpose of filling your RV water supply. • “Quiet Time” in all GEICO Infield Camping areas will be observed each day from midnight to 6:00 am. For night racing events, “Quiet Time” will commence two hours after the checkered flag. • Dumping of waste or waste water on the ground will result in immediate ejection from the Lot, and offenders are subject to arrest. • To our fans staying in GECKO Shores at Lake Lloyd. Please be careful not to drive on or block the water valves located in the grass portion of your parking area. Access to the valves must remain clear for emergency repairs. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to lengthy disruption of water service to you and other fans. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. • DIS reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Any such refusal or ejection may be without the refund of any portion of ticket purchase price. • DIS reserves the right to add or change rules without notice. The use of the assigned camping space shall be for the enjoyment of the racing experience only. The use of the space for any hospitality, promotion, advertisement or commercial exploitation, as determined by DIS in its sole discretion, shall be prohibited. Fans may be asked to remove any signage (including without limitation signage that is political, controversial or offensive in nature or that is for commercial exploitation); cease and desist any activity; have signs and/or promotional materials confiscated; and/or have the fan’s space parking privileges revoked at DIS’ sole discretion. • All Ticket Sales Are Final – No Money Refunded – No Exchanges. In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket and campsite will be honored on the date the race is held. • DIS reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Any such refusal or ejection may be without the refund of any portion of ticket purchase price. DIS reserves the right to add or change rules without notice. Fans may be asked to remove any signage (including without limitation signage that is political, controversial or offensive in nature or that is for commercial exploitation); cease and desist any activity; have signs and/or promotional materials confiscated; and/or have the Fan’s space parking privileges revoked at DIS’ sole discretion. Prohibited Items in camping areas • Platforms, scaffolding, fireworks, firearms, bicycles, motorcycles, skateboards, cruising or excessive and unnecessary driving is not permitted in the Infield. • Powered carts, ATVs, three-wheeled vehicles, scooters, lift trucks, tractor trailers, unpermitted golf carts, and box trucks will not be permitted on the premises. • No personal fences (bike rack, plastic, etc.) IS A-Z Carbon Monoxide Alert Do not use portable heaters or lanterns while sleeping in enclosed areas such as tents, campers, and other vehicles. Vent RV generators and heater system exhaust away from or above your unit and your neighbors’ sites. Flag Pole Policy For your own safety and that of other fans around you, metal flagpoles are not permitted to be erected on Speedway property. Please note the following track rules are as follows: • Only non-metallic flagpoles are permitted: fiberglass, PVC, vinyl. Not Permitted: Steel, aluminum, other metal. • The top of a flagpole may not exceed maximum height of 15 ft. from ground surface. • Flagpoles or other similar objects are NOT permitted within 20ft of an overhead electrical line. • Flags in the infield must be lowered during on-track activities. Pet Policy We recognize pets are like family and want to make your visit to our Speedway the best ever. Since we do have many responsible fans and pet owners, we allow pets in our West Lot and Infield areas. To make sure we are offering all of our Fans the best experience possible we ask pet owners to follow these policies. If at any time these policies are not adhered to, we will require your pet to be boarded immediately.
• All pets must stay within your assigned camping spot • Do not walk pets along roadways • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and must dispose of the waste properly • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times • Please respect your neighbors • Excessive barking or aggressiveness is not permitted • Pets are not allowed in the grandstands Exiting Infield • All tow vehicles in campsites will be allowed to drive in and out of the infield through Turn 1 Tunnel or Turn 4 Tunnel. Turn 1 Tunnel will be open 24 hours while Turn 4 Tunnel will have restricted overnight hours • Tickets have been replaced with wristbands during certain events to create an easier exit/entrance process. Admission valid for the dates printed on the wristband or ticket. • You must bring your wristband to the tunnel where it will be placed on your wrist by a gate attendant. Important, do not put on your wrist before you arrive • To re-enter you must stop to show your wristband or ticket to the gate attendant (Wristband must be worn at all times to gain access) • RV’s may not exit the infield once parked CHAMPIONS CLUB Located inside the Daytona 500 Club during the Rolex 24, the Champions Club is an all-inclusive ticket including parking, food and beverage, guided garage tours and more. Four-day package includes access to the Champion’s Club only on Saturday/Sunday. CHARGING STATIONS Stations are available throughout property for fans to charge their cell phones, tablets, cameras, etc. Locations identified on event maps by CHILD ADMITTANCE Children 12 and under are admitted FREE into General Admission areas (Infield, Sprint FANZONE and general Admission seating areas of the grandstands). There are no general admission seats in the grandstands on Daytona 500 or Coke Zero 400 event days. COKE ZERO CLUB This fan hospitality club is located inside the DIS Tours Building in the Velocitorium for the July event weekend. Please contact 1-800-PITSHOP to purchase tickets. COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS Cards to fill out and mail in may be found at any Information Booth, Guest Services Booth or at the Guest Services Desk in the DIS Ticket & Tours building. You may also e-mail your comments/suggestions from the “Contact Us” page on the DIS website www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com CONCESSION STANDS Are located throughout the Speedway during events. If you are looking for a specialty item, stop by an Information Booth or Guest Services Booth for assistance. CONTACT US Go to www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com and click on the “Contact Us” link at bottom of page. CREDENTIALS DIS Credentials office is located at 2013 Dunn Ave between Bill France Blvd and Fentress Blvd. NASCAR and IMSA also have credential offices at this location. A map is located in the MAPS section of this binder. Other sanctioning bodies will utilize Booth E outside Turn 1 of Speedway property for credential issuing and registration. D DAYTONA 500 CLUB Fan hospitality option located in the Infield, behind Pit Road and next to the Sprint FANZONE. DAYTONA DOLLARS/AMERICROWN DOLLARS Valid at any Americrown concession DONATIONS
All donation requests must be submitted in writing by U.S. Mail at least twelve (12) weeks prior to your event. Please mail your request to Daytona International Speedway, Attention Community Affairs, 1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. All written requests must be submitted on your organization’s official letterhead and should include Organization’s name and address, E-mail Address, Type of event, Date of event, Event location, purpose of event, contact person’s name, address and phone number, Copy of 501C-3, Certificate W-9. DRINKING FOUNTAINS In addition to the DIS tours building there are drinking fountains located in the Daytona 500 club, Media Center, Boardwalk club, Sprint FANZONE and in concourses of new stadium. There are none located in the old grandstands. DRIVER APPEARANCES Drivers and other personalities regularly participate in Sprint FANZONE exclusive Q&A and autograph sessions. Drivers also make special appearances at the various Hospitality Clubs and with sponsor activation areas in the Midway. E ECV/ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR/SCOOTER Charging ECV’S can be charged at the Usher Office located near the Frontstretch Care Center during grandstand events and also the DIS Tours Lobby. Rentals Contact the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce at 386-255-0981 for rental referrals. ELEVATORS Elevator Access is provided to fan with disabilities, including those whose condition may not be readily apparent; on the Frontstretch and the Backstretch during events East Elevator - located (Outside) behind the Sprint Tower Sections R-U with access to - Level 4 Sprint and Earnhardt Towers (All Sections) - Level 3 Weatherly Tower Sections A-C Level 2 - Campbell Grandstand East Sprint Tower Elevator – located (Inside) East entrance of tower provides access to - Levels 5, 6 & 7 Sprint Tower Suites - Level 4 Sprint and Petty Towers (All Sections) - Level 3 Sprint Tower Section E-O - Level 2 Roberts Tower Section K-L and Campbell 200-Level Suites West Sprint Tower Elevator – located inside West Entrance of tower with access to - Sprint Tower Suites 500, 600, and 700 Levels - Campbell Suites – 200 Level (NOTE: This elevator does not have access to any grandstand wheelchair seating areas) Backstretch Elevators - located on the Backstretch, under Lund Grandstands - All elevators will access the Terrace Club (Level 3) where the disabled seating is located. The elevator farthest west, is the only elevator that will access the restrooms on the second level (A Speedway representative will be on Level 3 with a key to access that elevator as needed). Paddock Club Suites - (Infield) elevators are located on the East and West ends of the Paddock Club Suites. Seating not accessible via elevators - DePalma, Campbell, and Oldfield Grandstands EMERGENCIES Call 386-681-3333 or have an employee radio on Channel 3. You may also text your emergency to 69050; type DISFAN and then your emergency and location. EJECTION POLICY Daytona International Speedway reserves the right to eject anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unruly, or illegal. Tickets will be revoked without refund and the individual(s) will be escorted from Daytona International Speedway property. ESCALATORS 43 escalators will be available in 2016 when the Daytona Rising project is completed. F FAMILY RESTROOMS Located on the Fronstretch in the following areas: Campbell K, Weatherly E-F, Depalma A. On the Backstretch, they are located in Allison A-B, Lund D-G, Lund Terrace U-V, and under the Bud Party Porch and in Injector 1 & 2 next to other restrooms. FAN DECK Located atop the Sprint Cup Garages. Accessible with Sprint FANZONE wristband. FANVISION Handheld devices providing live video streams, up-to-the-second statistics, and radio scanning. May be rented or purchased online at www.fanvision.com or at the track. They will have trailer locations at the Midway vendor area, the pedestrian bridge at Gate 8, and one at the Gate 22 area. Kiosks will be in the Sprint FANZONE, near Weatherly Tower and inside of Gate 18. FIREWORKS Daytona International Speedway provides a fireworks display Saturday night during the Rolex 24 and after the Coke Zero 400. FIRST AID First Aid Stations are located throughout the grandstands and infield. A fully staffed Care Center is positioned in the infield as well as on the Frontstretch at the base of the City’s pedestrian bridge. G GATES TIMES Opening times vary by event, please visit the Event Information section of our website for details. GATE POLICY Race fans are able to bring in their own food and beverage to enjoy while watching the race events. To provide everyone with a safe environment, the following policies shall be in effect: • All items brought through a grandstand gate will be subject to inspection. • SPRINT FAN ZONE abides by these same policies. • Daytona International Speedway is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Fans are allowed to bring in one of each of the PERMITTED items described below. One soft sided bag or cooler, no larger than 14 x 14 x 14 inches or 2700 cubic inches • Coolers of this size are typically branded to hold 24-36 cans of Coca-Cola or other beverages. • They may have a single wall removable plastic liner. • A soft sided insulated cooler may contain ice or ice packs. • Coolers with telescoping handles and wheels that measure no larger than the overall 14 x 14 x 14 inch dimensions will be permitted to enter. One lightweight backpack, day pack or clear backpack, approximately 17 inches in length • The bag can be used to carry binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, samples received, or souvenir purchases. • Fans can bring in one cooler and one backpack. • Backpacks with telescoping handles and wheels within the overall 17 inch dimension will be permitted to enter. Other PERMITTED items: • Cameras, binoculars, scanners, and headsets. - These items may be worn over the neck, on the belt, or carried separately. • iPads / Tablets • Seat cushions carried separately are allowed. - Seat cushions with non-soft components, zippers or pockets, will be reviewed on an individual basis. • Additional clothing / blankets • Strollers are allowed to enter the Admission Gates - They may be secured under the Grandstands out of pedestrian and emergency exit ways. - No strollers are allowed in the seating areas • Flags are acceptable for admissions, provided they follow the guidelines: - Flags may not obstruct another fans view of the racing activities.
- No flag poles of any type will be allowed. - Small nationality flags attached to a pencil sized diameter wooden stick will be allowed. DAYTONA Flat Track Permitted Items: • One soft sided bag or cooler, no larger than 6 x 6 x 12 inches • One clear backpack, no larger than 18 x 18 x 4 inches The following items are PROHIBITED and MAY NOT be left around the Admission Gates: • Weapons (Ex. firearms, sheathed knives), fireworks and items restricted by Local, State or Federal laws. • Laser pointers • Hard sided coolers, thermos and non-clear insulated cups of any size. • Glass bottles or containers (***Broken glass can cause serious injuries) • Any soft sided coolers/bags, backpacks or containers larger than the allowable size noted above • Umbrellas (***These can block the sightlines of other Guests around you) • Beach balls, balloons, or other inflatable items • Monopods / tripods / GoPro poles • Bicycles / skates / skateboards *** The above items are subject to change without notice. To expedite entrance into the facility, guests are encouraged to arrive at the gates as early as possible and have your bags open for inspection. Item Check-In On major event days, the Information Booths at designated gates will check in and hold certain items until post-race. Firearms, fireworks, and hard sided bags/coolers will not be accepted for check in. GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING (GA or UNRESERVED SEATS) Children 12 and under are free in these areas. Available locations vary by event. No general admission grandstand seating during the Daytona 500 or Coke Zero 400. GOLF CARTS Use of golf carts or other specialized vehicles is for BUSINESS USE ONLY. Each vehicle requires proper permit, documentation and approval by ISC. H HOSPITALITY Corporate Contact a member of our Business Development department at 866-887-6475. Includes Frontstretch Hospitality Village, Infield Hospitality and Office Village, some Pit Road Patios and some Suites. Operating hours and locations vary by event. Fan Call 1-800-PIT-SHOP (748-7467) for information regarding available hospitality packages. Including but not limited to Speed Pit Road Patio, Monsters in the Morning Pit Road Patio, some suites, Budweiser 1876 Club, Coke Zero Club, and the Daytona 500 Club. Operating hours and locations vary by event. HOT/COLD PASSES Hot and Cold Garage passes are issued by NASCAR. They cannot be purchased. Sprint FANZONE access may be purchased and includes access to driver introductions and pre-race activities. HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE CONCERNS Please inform us of your concerns by texting DISFAN followed by a space and the issue and location to 69050. I ICE Souvenir buckets of ice may be purchased at Americrown Concessions. “Pit Stop Ice” has a roving delivery truck in infield & surrounding campgrounds or call Pit Stop Ice at 601-616-3370 for delivery. L LOST & FOUND Main location is at the Guest Services Desk inside DIS Ticketing and Tours Building (386-681-6530) To submit a claim for a lost item, please go to one of the below locations or enter it electronically via our website.

LOST CHILDREN/PERSONS Should you lose a member of your party, please contact a Crew Member for assistance. Be prepared to provide a detailed description of the individual including but not limited to: age, clothing, hair color, height, sex, etc. Free child safety and identification wristbands (with space to list the child’s name, your pre-selected meeting location, the parent/guardian’s name and telephone number, medical and other key information) are available at Information Booths, Guest Services Booths and at the Guest Services Desk in the Tours Building. In the event that parties become separated, identifying wristbands and information will help in the reuniting of separated parties. M MEDICATION STORAGE Care Centers will assist with medication storage. One Care Center located on the Frontstretch, one in the Infield and one on the Backstretch. Care Centers identified by on event maps by . MERCHANDISE/SOUVENIRS Pit Shop Located in the DIS Ticketing and Tours Building year-round. Trailers/Haulers Located throughout Speedway property but main location for NASCAR events is in Midway (outside of Turn 4) and in the center of the Infield for the Rolex 24. P PARKING (NASCAR EVENTS ONLY) All parking on DIS property is free of charge. See locations in map in back of this handbook. DIS does not control the operation or prices charged in the lots along ISB (Kmart, Volusia Mall, Home Depot, etc.), all are privately operated. General Admission Lots • Lot 7 - Enter via LPGA Blvd. or Clyde Morris Blvd. FREE PARKING AND SHUTTLE before and after the race. Frontstretch Ticket Holders) This lot will be open for the Sprint Unlimited, Budweiser Duel, Nextera Energy 250, Alert Today Florida 300, Daytona 500, Subway Firecracker 250, and Coke Zero 400. • Lot 10 - Southeast corner of Williamson Blvd. and Bellevue Extension, FREE PARKING AND SHUTTLE before and after the race. Available Daytona 500 day ONLY. (Backstretch Ticket Holders) Reserved Fan Parking Lots (must have proper vehicle pass to park) • Gold Lot - All passes are pre-issued by ticket office. This lot will be open for the Sprint Unlimited, Budweiser Duel, Nextera Energy 250, Daytona 300, Daytona 500, Subway Firecracker 250, and Coke Zero 400. Located across International Speedway Blvd. just to the west of Bill France Blvd. • Lot 3 - Located across International Speedway Blvd near the Pedestrian Bridge and the International Motorsports Center office building. • Lot 2A - Located in the infield behind the Pit Road Patios. • RC – (Road Course) - Located in the road course within the Infield. Motorcycle Parking Available at the corner of Richard Petty Blvd. and Midway Ave outside Turn 4. Motorcycles are not allowed in the infield during NASCAR and IMSA events. They are allowed in during motorcycle events (same rules apply for bicycles). PARKING FOR FANS WITH DISABILITIES General Accessible Parking Lots: • Turn 1 Plaza - Located behind the Turn 1 grandstands at intersection of International Speedway Blvd. & Turn One Dr. • Lot 6 - Located on the Backstretch and is accessible through Gate 50 from Midway Ave. • Lot 10 (DAYTONA 500 only) – Located off Williamson Blvd. and offers wheelchair accessible bus transportation to the Backstretch Bus Plaza, adjacent to the Turn 2 tram plaza for easy access to the frontstretch and Sprint FANZONE. Reserved Accessible Parking Lots: A portion of the below accessible lots are reserved for guests that have purchased wheelchair seating. Once parked, you can access the Speedway by crossing International Speedway Blvd. at Daytona Blvd. or Bill France Blvd. Transportation to the Speedway is not available from this lot. • Lot 6 (DAYTONA 500 only) – Located on the Backstretch and is accessible through Gate 50 from Midway Ave. Important Reminders: • Law Enforcement Checks: An authorized state-issued sticker, placard or license plate is required to park in designated accessible areas and the person who the pass is issued to must be in the vehicle. Law Enforcement Officers will perform checks to ensure that this person is present in the vehicle. • No Oversized Vehicles: Accessible parking areas are for cars, light trucks, pick-ups and vans only. Oversized vehicles such as RV’s, are not permitted and will be directed to alternate areas. • Arrive Early: All of the Speedway’s event parking areas are free of charge. The size of the race event and traffic patterns may impact your parking location. General parking in the Speedway’s accessible lots fill quickly so fans with disabilities are advised to arrive early on race days. Radio Frequencies Lists may be found at Racing Electronic trailers and kiosks. RADIO/TELEVISIONS/LAPTOPS Within the size guidelines for bags, may be brought in and utilized during the race. Headphones should be used as a courtesy. RACE DELAY/POSTPONEMENT We will make every effort to run the event during its scheduled day and time. If an event is postponed, Daytona International Speedway and the sanctioning body will work together to determine a rescheduled date as close to the original day as possible. In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket you purchased will be honored on the date the race is held. As a reminder, All Ticket Sales Are Final – No Money Refunded – No Exchanges. RECYCLING ISC, in partnership with Coca-Cola, work hand-in-hand to provide opportunities for fans to actively participate in recycling programs. Specially designed receptacles in conjunction with appropriate messaging, encourage race fans to recycle used cans and bottles. Recycling receptacles are located throughout facility. RE-ENTRY POLICY All ticketed Fans are allowed to exit and re-enter the property during all events. Upon exit, Fans will have their ticket scanned out, and then scanned in upon re-entry. Fans with bags will have their bag searched every time they re-enter. RICHARD PETTY DRIVING EXPERIENCE (RPDE) Ride-along and driving experiences are available on designated dates. SMOKING POLICY All seating areas are now smoke-free. We provide designated smoking areas with clearly marked signage throughout the property where fans who smoke may continue to do so. During most major race events, the Sprint FANZONE Stage features regular live musical acts to keep the celebration going. Ticket may be purchased by calling 1-800-PIT- SHOP or going to a ticket office on property. General Admission seating areas are free for children 12 and under as well as the Infield and Sprint FANZONE. Military Discounts The DIS Ticketing Department contracts with military bases to offer discounted tickets for military personnel in advance. Mobile Tickets The new mobile ticketing site gives race fans the ability to easily purchase event tickets via our website and chose to show their ticket on their mobile phone to gain entry. A delivery option for advance ticket buyers. Purchasers must print their tickets at home and present at the gate for scanning. Will Call Ticket will call is located at the main ticket office (Supercross will call also at Sprint FANZONE ticket booth). On Daytona 500 day only, backstretch seating will call will be at the backstretch ticket office located behind the Allison Grandstand. Camping will call is located at Gate 40 or the Turn 1 Tunnel depending on the event. At times, sanctioning bodies will have a driver/sponsor will call located at another location; this information will be provided to you. Lost/Stolen Tickets Tickets that have been misplaced destroyed, or lost, we will replace the tickets and charge the customer an additional $15 processing fee to reprint the tickets and place them in will call. All reprints are based on the discretion of the Daytona ticket office managers. Agreeing to pay the fee does not guarantee reprinting of tickets. All reprinted tickets will show LTP to distinguish between the original ticket and the LTP ticket. Account holder must pick up tickets. Any other arrangement will be determined by management. All Sales Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges. TOURS Speedway Tour – approx. 30 minutes ($16 adults/$10 kids 6-12) is offered daily at 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, and 4pm. All Access Tour – approx. 90 minutes ($23 adults/$17 children 6-12) is offered daily 10am – 3pm on the hour. VIP Tour – approx. 3 hours ($50 per person) is offered on designated dates and times and reservations are encouraged. Please contact 877-306-RACE (7223) for more information or to reserve the VIP tour. Tours do not operate on major event days, during the fall and spring car shows or on Christmas Day. Tour routes are subject to change based on track and construction activity. TRANSPORTATION We try our best to assist our fans in getting around property in a convenient and reasonable manor via the following free services: Buses (Park and Ride) Complimentary bus service to and from Lot 7 and Lot 10 (Lot 10 500 only) is available on major event days. Lot 7 drop off and pick-up on the north side of the pedestrian bridge. Lot 10 will be dropped off and picked up on the Backstretch. Disability Assistance Carts Courtesy Disability Assistance carts are available to assist Fans with disabilities. Visit an Information Booth for transportation assistance to another Information Booth nearest tram plaza or admission gate closest to your seats. Fans should expect delays during peak times. To service all Fans in need of this free service, use of these carts is restricted to the Fan with a disability and one companion. For the safety of all Fans, disability assistance carts may not be operated in certain high pedestrian traffic areas immediately prior and following the conclusion of the event. DIS staff will determine when conditions are safe to resume operation in restricted drive zone. Infield Shuttle Bus Operates only in the infield along Lake Lloyd Road and to Sprint FANZONE. Shuttle buses stop running prior to the end of the race due to high traffic volume. Hours of operation are posted at the stops. Trams Tram service offered between the Frontstretch, Backstretch and Sprint FANZONE to assist fans. Trams run continuously starting approximately one hour prior to Sprint FANZONE opening time until approximately two hours post-race or until the tram queue is empty. Tram passengers under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Trams are equipped with wheelchair ramps to accommodate Fans with disabilities. Wheelchair accessible shuttle vans are also available and may be used. Due to the demand for these services, continuous riding (joyriding) is prohibited. Gratuity NOT accepted.
