                                   Nuno Fidalgo
                                   Certified Fitness Coach, Master Trainer
                                   15 years’ experience

                                   Nuno’s early passion for sports and martial arts was what led him to become a Fitness Coach today. With over 15
                                   years’ worth of experience in the fitness industry, Nuno is determined to make extraordinary differences in
                                   peoples’ lives. To him, it’s not about lifting weights or looking a certain way – instead, it’s about creating change
                                   within people by getting the mind and body connected through regular movement. A fitness all-rounder with a
                                   particular interest in Self Myofascial Release, Nuno takes on a measured approach to glean every last bit of
                                   effort from his clients.

       Ben Tang

       With more than 25 years of fitness experience under his belt, Ben’s enthusiasm for life, health and in particular,
       fitness, rubs off on anyone he comes into contact with. His foundation includes martial arts and yoga practices –
       elements that he incorporates into his training sessions to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their
       bodies. He holds on to the belief that Fitness is everything, with a plethora of benefits that can truly transform
       lives. With every personal training session, Ben teaches his clients to embrace the process and the challenges,
       and to focus on the positive changes that will come.

                                   Armed with 4 years of experience, Mathew shares his lifelong interest and passion on fitness to change people’s
                                   lives for the better in his role as a team leader and fitness coach. He embarked on a fat loss journey which
                                   achieved remarkable results from 86kg – 68kg, and from then on he never looked back. Fitness in one form or

Francis Huang Soo Meng
      Elite Personal Trainer/Certified Fitness Coach

      Francis has a special interest in strength and conditioning, in addition to post rehab trainings and weight-loss
      programs. Believing there are no limits in shaping and nurturing personal growth, Francis is a highly regarded
      coach with more than a decade of experience. Various fitness contestants and national team players emerged
      as winners under his guidance. It is his belief that fitness is the key to a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Catherine Peh

      She scaled Mt Ophir and Mt Kinabalu. She completed marathons and triathlons. She was also a member of the
      NAGA dragon boating team from 2008 – 2011. For Catherine, nothing is an obstacle. She creates a training

      workout options are full of endless possibilities.
