1. MOTIVATION
Cryptocurrency has once again taken the market by storm! The recent
Bitcoin Bull Run saw a surge in value by over 1000% from $4,900 in March
2020 to $60,000 in March 2021. The rise of the price of Bitcoin during that
period caused a significant impact on the entire cryptocurrency market
and other currencies, such as Ethereum, currently trading at over twice its
previous all time high. This gives the total crypto market a value of over 2
trillion dollars. (Gertrude, 2021). This strong price momentum in crypto is
also reinforced by Tesla, an electrical car manufacturing company with a
$665 billion valuation. In 2021 they reportedly invested 1.5 billion dollars
buying Bitcoin in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission
(Steve, 2021; Bolster, 2021).
With the accelerated growth of the crypto market, it has attracted many
investors from different backgrounds and institutions. Unfortunately, this
has also invited many bad actors who see multibillion-dollar opportunities
to scam and take advantage of investors (Xangle, 2021; Bolster, 2021).
Fraudsters and scammers have been taking advantage of investor's lack of
knowledge using 'FOMO' (the Fear of Missing Out). People can get lured
into all sorts of scams, such as fake coin listings, rug pulls, fake NFTs, social
media traps and connecting to malicious wallets for example. Bolster,
2021; Dan, 2021). In research conducted by Xangle (2021), it is reported that
since 2012, 16.5 billion dollars worth of investors’ money was stolen using
132 different methods. In 2020, that number increased by 40%, with the
likelihood that in 2021 the amount would surge up to 75% (Bolster, 2021).
The Blockchain can be a daunting place for those without the necessary
knowledge to navigate it. It is easy to get blindsided by bad projects, bad
coins, scams, etc. The problem is, knowing what the pitfalls are, what to
look for and how to find the most legitimate projects that can help them
to avoid these problems.

2. SOLUTION - MANGA
Preventing investors from making amateur mistakes and eradicating
scams in the crypto market is practically impossible. However, Manga has
created a way to help to reduce the number of victims by educating
communities and the general public in a fun, immersive and incentivised
way.
The team has produced a collection of graphic novel style publications
called The FOMO Chronicles that illustrate typical potential encounters
that many crypto users face on a daily basis.
In The FOMO Chronicles series, our protagonist, "The Otaku", is faced with
numerous challenges and tasks that lead him into awkward situations
and usually making costly mistakes.
The manga then helps to solve these issues, showing how they could have
been avoided and remedied by introducing the best possible projects
and strategies to the reader at the end of the story.
Each manga will be created as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) on the
blockchain. This means that they all have unique identification codes and
metadata which distinguish them from each other. This differs from
cryptocurrencies which are interchangeable (fungible).
Helping to solve such a huge problem alone is ambitious, therefore we
have partnered with many of the top quality projects in crypto, to start to
build a unified network of communities. This way we actively promote
crypto safety and education effectively and efficiently using NFTs.
Furthermore, with a larger network, we can also assist new projects with
building their communities and helping them to understand the pitfalls
of crypto and how to avoid falling into them.
The team will also educate and provide the tools necessary for upcoming
artists, content creators and existing real-world projects to safely transition
and produce their work onto the blockchain to create revenue streams.

2.1 THE FOMO CHRONICLES MANGA NFT
The FOMO Chronicles will be the first collection and it will be represented
as a BEP-1155 NFT on the Binance Smart Chain network. For each edition
of The FOMO Chronicles manga, there will only ever be a limited number
of NFTs minted. Once minted, there will never be an increase in supply, to
protect the value of investors' assets through the scarcity of the NFT.
Each edition of The FOMO Chronicles manga will be available for sale
according to the team’s schedules and NFT marketplace. Following that,
the NFTs can only be obtained through secondary marketplaces.

2.1a NFT USE CASES
More utilities will be implemented into the ecosystem gradually. The
holders of The FOMO Chronicles NFT will be eligible for the following use
cases, but not limited to:
"Earn as you Learn" Program
For every of The FOMO Chronicles manga NFT sold, a portion of the sales
will be airdropped to the NFT holders in our Tier Memberships. More
details will be available with the sales launch.
Token Burn
For each of The FOMO Chronicles manga NFT sold, a portion of the sales
will be used to buy back $MANGA token which will be burned through
the smart contract.
Promo Arts Airdrop
A snapshot will be taken at a specific time and date. Whoever holds The
FOMO Chronicles NFT will be eligible for an airdrop.
Token Airdrops
Each of The FOMO Chronicles manga NFT carries an amount of tokens to
be airdropped to holders over a period of time. Details of token airdrops
will be announced with the sales launch.
Higher APY Staking Pool
Holders of The FOMO Chronicles Manga NFT will be whitelisted for a
higher Annual Percentage Yield staking pool.
Utilities Within Partner’s Ecosystem
The FOMO Chronicles manga NFT featuring our partners will be eligible for
utilities within their ecosystem. This will vary from allocated presale tokens,
lotteries, NFT airdrops and more. Details will be available with the sales
launch.

2.2 MANGA Token
$MANGA will be the official ticker for The FOMO Chronicles. It is a
deflationary asset which promotes higher value as the total supply of the
token decreases through a series of token burns. For every NFT Manga sold,
a portion of the sales will be used to buy back $MANGA from the
exchange. These tokens will then be burned through the smart contract,
resulting in a lower total supply.

More utilities will be implemented into the ecosystem gradually. The
token holder of $MANGA will be eligible for the following use cases, but
not limited to:
Payment System
$MANGA will be used to purchase The FOMO Chronicles new releases and
associated merchandise within the Manga ecosystem, post-launch.
Staking
$MANGA holders will be able to stake their tokens to earn more $MANGA
at a given Annual Percentage Yield. Staking details will be available soon.
NFT Airdrops
NFT will be airdropped to reward $MANGA stakers according to the
staking duration x total number of $MANGA staked.
Be Part of the FOMO Chronicles Manga Series
Holders and stakers of $MANGA will be given opportunities to win and
design their own characters that will be featured in The FOMO Chronicles
manga series through a lottery system. Every time the character appears in
the manga, they will be rewarded in $MANGA Tokens.
Tier Membership
To qualify for the Tier Membership, users will need to hold a required
amount for each tier. Each tier will consist of different utilities such as
passive income from NFT sales, profit sharing from NFT sales, governance
committee, voting/approval rights, etc. Details of Tier Memberships will be

The FOMO Chronicles seek to build a unified network of communities. As
such, we will be actively looking to increase our existing partnership base
with only the best projects in the space.
As part of our partnership collaborations, a limited edition NFT of The
FOMO Chronicles manga series will be created and launched featuring
each one of our partners.
For every "Partner's Edition" NFT sold, the sales will be split between The
FOMO Chronicles and the partner. Both parties will then use a portion of
the sales to buy back the other party's token and locking it into a staking
contract, effectively reducing the total amount of circulating tokens in the
market.

FOMO Chronicles is a cross-chain incentivized platform with the main
goal of educating the general public as to the pitfalls of crypto in a funny,
immersive and incentivized way via manga NFT. $MANGA is a deflationary
token designed to reward long term investors.
We will partner with the best existing and future blockchain projects to
further improve the shared ecosystem. In addition, it will allow us to build
a unified network of communities and assist new projects in organic
community growth.
We will also launch exclusive editions for its partners. Not only that, but the
community will also have the opportunity to land themselves a limited
edition collectible NFT that will come with multiple utilities. These utilities
vary from token airdrops, staking options, lottery entries, partners' rewards
and even in some cases, presale tokens!
We will help to onboard content creators and artists to publish their work
on the blockchain safely using our technology and platform.
FOMO Chronicles as a standalone NFT will be highly collectible and
valuable as it will be the FIRST Animated NFT Manga on the blockchain.
