Here is an opportunity for you to respond to God, if you have been receiving the
prompting from the Holy Spirit to any of the following:
Obey the Lord Jesus Christ in Believer’s Baptism
Be confirmed and/or be a member of our Faith Church Family
Transfer your membership from another church
Get your young children (below 16 years old) baptized
Take note of the schedule applicable to you and/or your child.
A. Baptism – ADULT (age: 16 years or older)
Candidates to complete one group session with Pastor (see FAQ for details).
Date: 23 October 2021, Saturday
Time: 2pm — 4pm
B. Membership/Confirmation Class (age: 16 years or older)
Also for those transferring membership from another church.
Eligibility: See FAQ for details
Date: Saturdays on 23 & 30 Oct, 6 Nov 2021 (3 compulsory sessions)
Time: 2pm — 4pm
C. Baptism – INFANT/CHILD (age: below 16 years)
Eligibility: At least one parent is a member of Faith Methodist Church
and both parents to attend the compulsory Parents Briefing (TBA)
D. Baptism (For Adults & Children) & Membership Reception Service
When: 13 November 2021, Saturday
Time: 2pm — 5pm
E. Registration for Categories A & B only
$30 (working adults) / $10 (non-working adults, students, retirees)
Only one registration applies for both baptism and membership at the
same time.
Check the FAQ online (faithmc.sg/baptism) and confirm your eligibility before you
register. Registration closes on 3 October 2021. Class will only commence with at
least 20 new participants.

2. HARDCOPY forms are available from our church office. Please complete the
form and submit it during office hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am—5.30pm,
Sat, 8.30am—12.30pm. Closed on Public Holidays.
