2023 COMPETITOR INFORMATION TEAM STAGING AREA - February 28 – March 3 use Gate 50 8 am – 9 pm Gate 50 will be open Tuesday (2/28) thru Thursday (3/2) from 8am - 9pm. Gate 50 is located on speedway’s backstretch, located off Midway Ave between the Speedway and Daytona International Airport. Refer to the map on page 5 for location. Please refrain from riding bikes extensively throughout the staging area. Friday (3/3) Gate 50 will open at 8am and remain open 24 hours until 2 hours post-race Saturday. Paddock parking is scheduled for Friday, March 3 at 9am for semi-trucks (factory and independent teams), followed by privateer parking. GATE 50 – HOURS OF OPERATION Tuesday, February 28 – Thursday, March 2 8:00 am - 9:00 pm Friday, March 3 8:00 am – 24 Hours Saturday, March 4 12:01 am – 2 Hours Post Race TEAM REGISTRATION Team registration is located in Lot 6 through Gate 50 at the Industry Will Call trailer. All competitors and teams may access the registration location from Gate 50 off Midway Avenue. Please follow the on-site signage to the appropriate parking area. Please see the map on page 5 for location. Additional guest passes / VIP credentials (SXP) can be purchased on site at Industry Will Call. Industry Will Call Hours: • Friday, March 3 8:00 am – 5:00 pm • Saturday, March 4 8:00 am – 6:00 pm AMA Will Call Hours: • Friday, March 3 8:00 am – 5:00 pm • Saturday, March 4 8:00 am – 12:00 pm LOAD OUT Teams must vacate the blue garages by 12 pm on Sunday, March 5. Lot 6 will be available for 2 hours post event, through Gate 55. Teams looking to build bikes in advance of the next round, will need to access the lot through Gate 40 on Monday, March 6 from 9 am – 5 pm only. EVENT PARKING Infield parking for Saturday, March 4 is paid parking for fans attending the event. Competitors will receive a SX Competitor parking pass valid March 2-4 for the area designated as SX Competitor parking in the infield. Please see map on page 5 for location. All vehicles must have a parking pass to gain free entry into the infield. Spots are first come, first serve and will be located within walking distance of the SX Paddock. RIDER/OWNER LOT The Rider/Owner Lot will be located in the East Horseshoe of the Road Course. Spots are assigned and will be marked. All spots are dry camping (No Power, No Water Hookups). Move In will begin on Thursday March 2. INDUSTRY SEATING Industry seating is located in the pit road grandstands, adjacent to the course and is available to SXP credential holders and AMA Supercross hard cards. FACTORY FILMERS/TEAM MANAGERS Factory Filmers and Team Managers will be granted access to the roof of the DAYTONA 500 Club, beginning at 11:30am on race day. This is a designated area where teams are permitted to film riders on the track with approved cameras with permit only. Only approved staff with approved video equipment and/or proper credential are allowed in this area. Wristbands will be provided and distributed on Saturday. This space is for ACTIVELY filming riders, and team managers only. No spectating and no guests will be allowed in this area. You can enter the DAYTONA 500 Club at the South Entrance only. (Follow Signage from Paddock) ON-SITE ICE Within the garage area, teams may purchase ice from the blue garage concession stand located on the West end of the blue garage adjacent to the Sunoco fuel station. No food or beverage will be sold from this location. Hours of operation are the same as garage open and close times. FUEL Please fuel your bikes outside of the blue garages, either directly outside your garages space or by your transporters. Fueling bikes inside the garage is not permitted. BIKE WASH LOCATION The bike wash will once again be at the west end of the blue garages, past the AMA hauler near the Sunoco gas pumps. We ask that you do not wash your bikes at your garage location. 2
FM FREQUENCY Daytona International Speedway’s public address system can be heard on FM 107.9 throughout the event. EMERGENCY SERVICES The Speedway Emergency Dispatch Center will be open March 2 at 9 am through March 13 at 12 pm. For Fire Rescue and Security needs, call 386-681-3333 or extension 20-3333 from an internal phone. The AdventHealth Infield Care Center will be open during garage hours for all events and can be reached at 386-681-6753. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING Daytona International Speedway’s shipping and receiving department is located at 2013 Dunn Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. All packages should be sent using the address below and include your name as the contact and a phone number. Packages should be picked up in person from the Dunn Avenue location. You can reach the shipping and receiving department at 386-681-5373. Hours of Operation are Monday thru Friday 8 am – 5 pm, and Saturday, March 4 from 9 am – 2 pm. The Speedway Ticket Office phone lines are open Monday through Sunday 9am to 5pm. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Speedway Ticket Office located outside the Turn 4 tunnel or at the entrance to UNOH Fanzone on Saturday, March 4.
