Bending Line, one line with an unrelated
distance and at least one fence with a long
approach & high options.

CHAPTER 99E NORTH CAROLINA GENERAL STATUTES
Horse Show Participant (or Parent/Guardian of Participant if a minor) is aware
of the many obvious and non-obvious risks associated with a horse show and
does hereby release and hold harmless Triangle Farms, Inc. and its affiliates,
including its shareholders, agents, employees, officers, directors,
representatives, assigns, affiliated organizations (whether nonprofit or for
profit), boarders, exhibitors, sponsors, students, lessors, lessees, insurers and
others acting on behalf of any of them (collectively, “Triangle Farms”) from
all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability related to the Horse
Show Participant’s participation in or presence during the Horse Show,
whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated,
foreseeable or unforeseeable, and even if such are the result of the negligence
and/or acts or omissions of Triangle Farms or other Horse Show Participants
or other individuals or animals present during the Horse Show.
Horse Show Participant (or Parent/Guardian of Participant if a minor) further
agrees to (a) waive all claims which may otherwise arise from an injury to a Horse
Show Participant or other individual or animal associated with Horse Show
Participant while using or being present at the Horse Show, including but not
limited to infectious bacteria, viruses, fungi/mold, parasites or other agents which
may be present at the Horse Show (and most other outdoor locations) and can
cause infection (including, but not limited to, the novel coronavirus known as
COVID-19 and other rhino or coronaviruses as well as rabies, hepatitis,
pneumonia and meningitis-causing viruses, among others; bacteria commonly
known as tetanus, Salmonella, E. Coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and
tuberculosis, among others; fungus commonly known as Candida (yeast),
aspergillus (mold) and ringworm, among others; various parasitic organisms such
as giardia, pinworm, toxoplasma, hookworm, tapeworm, roundworm, scabies,
among others, and all other infectious agents) in humans, including Participant,
as well as in animals; and (b) not pursue any claims, demands or causes of action
against Triangle Farms for any economic or non-economic losses arising out of
the Horse Show which are the result of any bodily injury, death or property
damage suffered by a Horse Show Participant or any other individuals or animals
associated with Horse Show Participant and present at the Horse Show. Further,
Horse Show Participant (or Parent/Guardian if Participant a minor) agrees (i) to
be responsible for any and all damages, injuries and/or loss of life in connection
with the Horse Show which are caused by Horse Show Participant or any other
individual or animal associated with Horse Show Participant; and (ii) to
indemnify Triangle Farms from any losses or expenses, including but not limited
to attorneys’ fees, which Triangle Farms incurs in connection with any such
damages, injuries and/or loss of life.
