DIPLOMA VERIFICATION
All high school diplomas must be verifiable. Acceptable documentation for checking the validity of a
student’s high school completion can include the following: the diploma and may require a final
transcript that showing all courses taken or the judgment of the State Department of Education where
the high school is located. A student’s self-certification is not sufficient to validate the high school
diploma in question. If the institution has reason to believe that the high school diploma is not valid or
was not obtained from an entity that provides secondary school education (for instance, if the diploma
or transcript was bought or the student was required to perform little or no work), the institution will
evaluate the validity of the student’s high school completion. There is no appeals process held by the
Institution or the Department of Education if the high school diploma is deemed invalid.
TRANSFER CREDITS
The standards for awarding prior academic credit or course completion are as follows: The criteria for
transfer credit will be given where applicable. Transfer hours will be evaluated by the student
providing a valid transcript, and by taking an examination. Transfer credits will be accepted on a case-

                                                                                                           7
by-case basis after evaluation by staff and are not guaranteed. If a student wants to transfer to
another school, there is no guarantee the hours will transfer. As long as all financial obligations are
met, an official transcript will be provided at the student’s request. The school does not recruit
students attending or admitted to another school offering similar programs of study.

RE-ENTRY Students who withdraw prior to completion of the program will return in the same
satisfactory academic progress status as at the time of withdrawal, if the school approves re- entry.
