Partial Demolition of Bldg. 2 and site utility upgrades. Phase 2 – Demolition of Bldgs. 33 & 34 to support construction of 120-bed Community Living Center (CLC) complex, Community Center Bldg and Bldg. 9 loading dock. Renovates Bldgs. 9 (Domiciliary), 3, 4, and 5 to support Phase 1 OPC.
