PT DTE was challenged by the resources required to offer new, innovative products and services for its customers. It would cost $1M-$2M in its legacy environment and take six to nine months to create an offering, challenging the notion of gaining a benefit beyond the initial investment. New capabilities have substantially increased the speed at which they can do business.
