AUGUST 2021 MONTHLY REMINDERS Monthly reminders reflect information available as of July 16, 2021. Check TEA and Region 16 websites for COVID-19 updates. Accountability and Assessment • Post most current accountability ratings, TAPR Report & School Report Card on district website by 10th day of school (TEC§39.36) º 2021 Accountability & RDA (Results Driven Accountability), formerly PBMAS, data available in TEAL º Accountability data available publicly on TEA website (2021 Accountability) (TEC§39.362) • Preliminary 2021-2022 Public Education Grant (PEG) list for 2022-2023 posted (TEC§29.201–29.205) • Masked and unmasked district and campus accountability data releases (txschools.gov) • Update AskTED (ensure Superintendent, Principal(s), and Testing Coordinator are correct) Administration and Leadership • Check TEA COVID-19 website for any updates (TEC §38.036) º The policy must address: » increasing staff and parent awareness of trauma-informed care; and » implementation of trauma-informed practices and care by district and campus staff; and » available counseling options for students affected by trauma or grief. *Requires Board action/approval
