Agriform® 20-10-5 tablets consist of ureaformaldehyde (as the slow release
nitrogen source) phosphorus, potassium, secondary and micronutrient elements
compressed into a convenient, easy-to-apply tablet. Placed in the root zone, the
tablets slowly dissolve and nitrogen is gradually released by soil microbial ac vity.
