Castle View Windsor Castle View, Helston Lane, Windsor Castle View is a new development by Castle Retirement Living in the heart of Windsor’s residential community. The 64 apartments for sale are contemporarily designed for people over 55 years old who wish to live independently. They are accompanied by great community facilities to ensure residents can have privacy when they wish, but can also enjoy the benefits of socialising with like minded people. The project has evolved from the very best thinking from the UK and overseas senior living designs. The 1, 2 and 2 Bedroom Plus apartments are of a high quality specification, most with balconies or outdoor space, and each is designed on a single level. Residents can enjoy a lounge and a café in which coffee, tea and meals are served, and events run periodically. This area, and the adjacent 24/7 reception are run by our in-house team who ensure that all services and facilities are operated to a high standard. On the fourth floor is the residents’ sky lounge, bar and garden with spectacular views over Windsor Castle and St. Leonards Hill. The roof top lounge is available to all residents and can be used to hold events or private functions. A secure underground car park, with lifts to each floor, ensures easy access to all the apartments and facilities. 2
Windsor Living with Peace of Mind A note from Robin Hughes - CEO A very warm welcome to our 2020 Castle View brochure. As and wellbeing. Mum is now more rightly focussed on what CEO of Castle View Retirement Village I am delighted to see specials are being served in the bistro and a glass of sherry over 30 residents have now moved in and are enjoying the while reading the newspaper than worrying about who is community spirit and fantastic facilities. Castle View Windsor A note from our Sales Manager I am often asked what life is like at Castle View and these pictures give a flavour of the warmth and liveliness of the community. Our apartments are proving to be very popular, with regular observations of ‘They are very spacious’ or ‘Can I move in right now?’, but what really makes Castle View special is its tremendous communal facilities. Our Sky Lounge with its glass walls provides truly spectacular views of Windsor and its castle. Whilst sipping a cool drink on the roof terrace, with a sunset as your back drop, it feels like having your own rather exclusive private club. Come and see for yourself. We organise regular events for prospective buyers or you can make a private appointment at your leisure. I would love to welcome you. Ruth Wilson 4

Windsor Living with Peace of Mind A note from Lisa our Village Manager No two days are the same at Castle View. Our fish and chip Fridays, afternoon teas, weekend happy hours and cocktail nights ensure our residents get together on a regular basis. It’s great to hear the laughter around the village and see how quickly all of our residents have settled in. As the community grows and friendships form, our events calendar broadens as we listen to residents ideas and suggestions. I have watched Castle View grow from a building site into an incredibly warm, friendly and homely place to live and it’s fantastic to see everyone so happy and relaxed with the knowledge that there is always someone around if needed.
