We highly recommend that you pick up your race number before event day. If picking up or registering on the day please allow plenty of time. START LINE & TIMINGS Minute of Silence: A minute of silence will be held prior to the walk/run. For those hoping to take part in this memorable moment, please refer to the on the day schedule for timings. ON THE DAY Survivor Wave: SCHEDULE A moment to honour and recognise a special group of people. Those touched by breast cancer – survivors, friends and family. A moment not to be missed – come one, come all. To participate in the Survivor Wave, please meet on 7.38am Minute of silence - run War Memorial Drive just outside the start chute (see 8.00am 4.5km Run yellow star on map on page 8) by 8:35am. 8.20am 7.4km Run 8.30am Minute of silence - walk 8.40am Survivor Wave 8.45 – All walkers 9.00am Please allow plenty of time to walk to the start line so you don’t miss your start time!

SUPPORT & SAFETY Assembly area: Is located on Peace Park (Corner War Memorial Drive and Sir Edwin Smith Avenue) Baggage Storage: There is a baggage storage marquee on site near the start (watch out for the sign) where you can leave your clothing. Please do not leave any valuables in the storage area as we will not be responsible for valuable goods lost or stolen. You can place your bikes on the fence with security locks. AFTER YOUR WALK OR RUN The fun doesn’t end when you cross the finish line! Make sure you head to the event precinct for food, drink, activities and entertainment for the whole family! Main stage This year the main stage will host our NEW game ‘Match the Logo’ where you have a chance to win some great prizes! 1 try is $2 and 3 tries $5. All dona- tions will be donated to NBCF. Your favourites will still be at the main stage including warm up routines, minute of silence, runner awards and fancy dress competition. Fancy Dress Competition We love to see a sea of pink! Dress up and be eligible to win great prizes. The fancy dress competition will be held at the main stage at 10:50am. Trophies Join us at the main stage to see the presentation to the winners of the 4,5km and 7.4km runs as well as team trophies for: • Largest Community Group and Clubs team • Largest Gym/Personal Fitness/ Wellbeing team • Largest Family and Friends team • Largest Higher Education team • Largest school team On the day fundraising There will be many opportunities to give to the cause on the day with fundraising activities and donation points. Bring along your gold coins and EFTPOS/credit cards to get involved.
