MANAGING YOUR HOSPITALITY Guest List • Begin developing now • Send a “Save the Date” and set an RSVP date • Gather email addresses and contact information for your guests for easy ticket distribution Communication Plan • Communicate early and often • Keep guests engaged with tips, spectator information, and FedExCup standings • Explain ticket information and distribution
GUEST CHECK-IN Get to Know Your Venue • Arrive early and set up/check venue • Familiarize yourself with staff/captain • Identify important locations, including: ◊ Restrooms ◊ Merchandise Tent ◊ BMW Owners’ Pavilion Welcome Table (Marquee & Skybox) • Stock with merchandise • Operate as guest check-in area • Frequently requested items include: ◊ Sunscreen ◊ Chapstick ◊ Phone chargers ◊ Pain relievers ◊ Hand wipes ◊ Pairings guides will be delivered daily
GUEST ACCESS Tickets • All guests need a ticket • Only have access to venue listed on ticket • Communicate with guests on how venue is labeled and location • Corporate identification listed on entrance boards • Tickets scanned at the main gate and at venue • Wristband will allow for re-entry into the venue • Volunteers present to help guests
COMPANY STAFF ACCESS Hospitality Hosts • If included in your package, staff tickets are intended for the main event planner or main point of contact during the event • Allows for early access into the grounds and venue to prepare for your guests’ arrival • Restocking merchandise, programs, ensuring the venue is ready for the day • If hosts need a larger bag to bring a laptop or tablet, BMW Championship staff can provide a special authorization tag
ON-SITE SERVICES Venue Captain(s) • Each venue will be assigned a captain(s) • First point of contact • Help with daily operations • WGA staff members will assist Secure Storage (Marquee & Skybox) • Locked storage units on-site • Venue captains and championship staff can help with restocking and storing • Remove valuables each night

HOSPITALITY PARKING & SHUTTLES Hospitality Parking Lot - Skyboxes & Bendelow Club • Designated parking lot for skybox patrons • Continuous shuttle to and from the H-Lot ◊ Weekday Parking - 1999 Springinsguth Road, Schaumburg, IL (Schaumburg Boomers Stadium) ◊ Weekend Parking - 500 Park Blvd., Itasca, IL • Shuttles will drop off at the Main Entrance of the BMW Championship • Parking pass required and only those who have the proper parking pass will be allowed access • You will receive a previously agreed upon number of parking passes • Parking passes will be distributed electronically • More information available on www.bmwchospitality.com

PICKUP & DROPOFF LOCATION Parking Alternatives • Those who are looking to use rideshare, a taxi, or be dropped off by someone will be routed to the pick-up/ drop-off location ◊ Lake Park High School-East Campus (600 Medinah Road, Medinah, IL) • Drop-off/Pick-up parking is free and does not require a hangtag • Walk to the BMW Championship
ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION Walking or Biking • Walking: Follow the signs along Medinah Road and enter in through Gate 2 ◊ Gate 2 is located just North of Medinah’s main entrance • Biking: Dedicated bike parking area located at Lake Park High School ◊ From here, spectators will walk to Gate 2

TICKETS Hospitality Tickets • Provides grounds and hospitality access • Your colored wristband is needed for re- entry to hospitality venue • No re-entry into tournament Junior Tickets • Children 16 and under admitted free • Limit four kids per every one adult • Children must have a hospitality ticket
TICKETMASTER Tickets • All tickets and parking passes will be delivered electronically • Each company will have access to all hospitality tickets each day and will distribute to their guests • Electronic tickets will be scanned at the main entrance AND at your hospitality venue AccountManager • All tickets will be available on your company’s AccountManager • Transfer or print • Proper person who will be managing tickets • Distribute and track tickets
SHIPMENTS Inbound • Shipments are accepted July 22-August 11 • No large boxes or bags will be allowed through the gates during championship week • Inbound shipment forms on www.bmwchospitality.com Outbound • Ship items following play on Sunday • Bring shipping forms, account number, shipping boxes and tape • Pack and seal boxes, secure shipping labels • Make arrangements to remove and store leftover items in storage units
