Located in historic midtown Mobile, the Joe Jefferson Players (JJP) have continued our mission to improve the way of life in Mobile
and neighboring communities by offering arts opportunities on stage and off since 1947. We are your theater!
Our regular season consists of five shows, and we host forty-five audiences with nine performances of each show. We are excited
to present the 2017-2018 season and hope you will consider joining us with your support. Ticket and season subscription sales are
vital, but cover only a portion of our performance, maintenance and operating costs. As a 501(c)(3), we rely on the generous
support of our community for the rest.

Special/Restricted Gift Information
Our operating budget is approved annually for the coming fiscal year, so many of our projects are built into
that budget. Because of this, most of our donors choose to donate to the JJP Fund toward annual unrestricted
funds. These funds are to be used as seen best fit by the organization to carry on our mission. At times our
patrons want their gifts to be used for specific projects or needs of the organization. This is certainly
something that we are happy to speak with you about if you have something specific in mind for your gift.

The cost of a single production surprises people. Even though most of those associated with putting on a show are volunteers, we do
have other costs, which include purchasing performance rights, scripts, music, costumes, advertising, sets, properties and more.
We offer sponsorship opportunities to help us offset our costs, but it is also the best way for you or your company to enjoy the most
benefits for your advertising and donation budget.

playhouse and at least 9 performances of each show, your ad can potentially be seen by over 2,700 patrons per show. If you buy an ad for our
whole season, you get 5 ads for the price of 4 shows and that's a potential reach of over 13,000 patrons. Thank you for considering an ad for this
