2012 ALLIANZ STADIUM WESTS TIGERS PRIVATE SUITES Wests Tigers vs Brisbane Broncos ( Cycle 2) Friday 6th April 2012 Our menu options for 2012 focus on using the freshest seasonal produce available to create menus that will appeal to all dining desires. Be it a buffet menu, plated dining experience, grazing platters throughout the game or less complicated snack offerings, there is a menu to suit all your entertaining needs. Buffet Packages This option allows you to order from our set buffets, that will include cold ‘on arrival’ platters, a selection of salads, hot and cold main course items as well as party pies and dessert to perfectly complete your dining experience. Grazing Packages The Grazing Package options allow for a casual dining option while a variety of food is continually offered to guests while they relax and network. The food is presented by your Private Suite Steward at different times, according to your wishes. Snack Platters The platters offer your guests the perfect opportunity to add items to a pre- set menu to enable greater choice and quantity for your guests. Alternatively, combine an assortment of platters to create your own full menu of different snack items.

Service commences 60 minutes prior to the start of the game and finishes 30 minutes after the final whistle. Please note that RSA is strictly enforced and we request your assistance by monitoring your guests’ alcohol consumption. YOUR EVENT DAY HOST When your private suite is in use, you must have an appointed Host present as the license holder’s representative. The Host is the primary contact point for Sydney Cricket Ground and Football Stadium representatives on event day. The Private Suite Host should be aware of event day Procedures, Policies and Conditions of Use as contained in this handbook and will be responsible for signing food and beverage consumption forms at the conclusion of the event. The Private Suite Host is required to be in possession of a valid event ticket to gain entry to the Stadiums and the Private Suite facility.
2012 ALLIANZ STADIUM WESTS TIGERS PRIVATE SUITES SELECTING YOUR MENU Orders need to be placed by no later than 5 working days prior to the Match. Late orders received after this deadline will be charged an additional 10% on all labour and food ordered. Please be aware that limited menu options may apply if an order is not placed within this specified timeframe. . SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Most special dietary requirements can be catered for and must be advised of at the time of ordering. When inviting guests to your Suite, please ascertain whether they have any special dietary requirements PRIVATE SUITE STEWARD A Steward is required in your Private Suite for the service of alcohol* and hot food and beverages according to current legislation. When utilising your Private Suite on an event day, your first point of contact is your Suite Steward. The Steward is responsible for providing you with high quality service for the duration of each event. It is important that the nominated Host introduces themselves to the Steward. The Steward will explain their role and discuss any specific requirements for the event. All guests should be made aware of the Steward’s role and that the Steward may only take direction from the Host. Food service times will be at the discretion of the Host and the Steward will consult with the Host on arrival. A delay in the Host’s arrival could also result in delayed food service. *Guest self service from the bar breaches liquor license rules.
2012 ALLIANZ STADIUM WESTS TIGERS PRIVATE SUITES STEWARD CHARGES The number of staff supplied for your Private Suite will depend on the menu selected and the extent of service required, as determined by the Private Suite Catering Manager. A separate charge will appear on the Tax Invoice in addition to food and beverage charges. Monday to Friday 6 hours $200.00 including GST Saturday 6 hours $240.00 including GST Sunday 6 hours $280.00 including GST Public Holidays 6 hours $470.00 including GST These rates apply for up to and including 20 guests. An additional staff member is required for 21 or more guests and will be charged accordingly. RECOMMENDED SERVING TIMES When placing your order, please provide the number of guests attending, the estimated arrival time and the meal service times within the “Special Instructions” section. 4 Hot food will not be prepared until the Host arrives. This is to ensure food quality and safety standards are met, as food cannot be re-heated. Please allow 30 minutes after the Host arrives for hot food menu items. CATERING POLICY Only food and beverages* purchased from the Private Suite Catering Department may be consumed in the Suite. All beverage service will cease 30 minutes after the completion of the event and your Private Suite must be vacated within one hour of the completion of the event. Food and beverages ordered for the Suite cannot be removed from the Suite. *Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in your Suite without a Steward present and minimum food order. BOOKING PROCEDURES FOR EVENT DAYS Where catering is not required, we also need advice if you require your Private Suite to be “Open Only” for viewing or “Closed” for each event. Please refer to the Catering section for further details and information regarding catering, billing and cancellation procedures.
2012 ALLIANZ STADIUM WESTS TIGERS PRIVATE SUITES BILLING PROCEDURES Payment is accepted by credit card only. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods & Services Tax). At the completion of your ON-LINE booking, you will be required to prepay for your steward and food charges, after which a Service Order Confirmation will be emailed to you. At the end of each days event, your Host is required to authorise all alcohol on consumption charges and that together with any “additionals” purchased on the day, will be deducted using the credit card details supplied, within two working days, after which a final invoice/receipt will be emailed to you. Please email the front page of this completed order form to Tracy Mans, once your order has been placed. If there are any queries regarding the contents of your Tax Invoice, please contact the Private Suite Catering Team within 7 days of receipt of your invoice. Credit Card Payments attract the following charges and this will be added to your total payment amount: 3% on Amex / Diners Club payments 1.5% for Visa / Mastercard payments CANCELLATION AND CHANGES To ensure your guests receive their chosen menu selection, your Private Suite Food Order must be submitted within 5 working days prior to the event. All cancellations are required in writing by the catering deadline. If required after this date a 50% cancellation fee will be applied upon the total food component. This cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card or account nominated at the time of the cancellation and is subject to credit card charges. If your guests do not arrive on the event day the total amount for this catering order will be charged. This includes ALL food selections and Steward charges. * An event day commences at the specified Gate Opening Time. REFUND In the event that the gates do not open a full refund of charges will be provided. Once opened all pre-orders will be charged.
