WOMEN’S BUILDING RECEIVING & RELEASING OF EXHIBITS All Exhibits in Crafts, Needlework, Recycling, Dried Foods & Canning Exhibits will be received: • Friday, August 20, 2021, from 10 AM to 6 PM • Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 9 AM to 4 PM Judging will begin Sunday, August 22, 2021, at 12 PM. All other food entries will be received: • Monday, August 30, 2021, from 10 AM to 2 PM Judging will begin after 2:30 PM. Late entries will not be accepted. County Best of Show must be received by: • Wednesday, September 1, 2021, from 10 AM to 1 PM Each County’s Best of Show entry must have a 3” x 5” card with exhibitor’s name, county, division & class along with entry tag for display purposes Judging will begin at 2 PM. All above exhibits will be released: • Tuesday, September 7, 2021, from 9 AM to 4 PM Please present claim tag to remove exhibit from building. If unable to pick up exhibit by 4:00 PM, Tuesday, September 7, 2021, contact Jeanette Linke at the State Fair office 605.353.7340 to retrieve exhibits. 5

DEPARTMENT 374 NEEDLEWORK Refer to Static Exhibits General Rules. DIVISION 2 CLOTHING All exhibits in this department should be work that is new and modern, made by the person exhibiting the Women’s Wear articles.
