ORGANIZATION SCOPE Virtual Medical International recognizes that , on a worldwide scope, people are experiencing mental and physical health issues on an unprecedented scale, especially in a post-COVID-pandemic world. They are looking for opportunities to improve their health and nutrition and trying to find better health and wellness education. VMI’s core mission is as follows: • Offer the best natural and organic remedies in the whole health sector with a focus on Cannabis, CBD, & Hemp. • Create an environment within our retail locations that fosters organic, authentic connection between human beings, complemented by the opportunity to purchase viable natural products that act as a puzzle piece in the overall picture of whole health on a broad, scalable basis. Seed-To-Shelf, VMI’s core product strategy, offers a unified, affordable platform for its network of partners, acquired companies, distribution networks, franchise locations, and other aligned national and global channels to achieve tangible, measurable results in the shared vision of Whole Health. • VMI’s confidence is rooted in the availability of existing products (vitamins, supplements, etc.) in the nutraceuticals market, and is confirmed by the projected trends that forecast growth from annual sales of $413 03 CONTENTS ARE CONFIDENTIAL. ORGANIZATION SCOPE billion in 2020 to $723 billion by 2027. This emerging Cannabis sector will predicts a $69 billion potential market vertical. VMI’s executive leadership has a solid track record of building organizations, partnerships, and roll-ups that result in compelling business strategies with multi-disciplanary skill sets that are capable to execute the business plan.. • During VMI’s first 5 years, our team of passionate dedicated professionals will acquire, integrate, and align the best brands in the whole health sector, and plans to distrubute these Whole Health brands by deploying 740 retail outlets over that same 5-year period. • The feasibility of deploying, installing, and managing projects on this scale is made possible by VMI’s plug-and-play system, and doesn’t have the customary barriers of most retail expansion operations. That means once a lease is signed, our system minimizes the push-back of permits and installation, smoothing and optimizing the process. Only three (3) employees are required to operate most outlets. • VMI’s consolidated financial projections create a compelling case for generating around $400 million in revenue with a 25 % EBITDA margins over the next 5 years. • To implement this strategy, VMI will raise investment capital and debt to become a US-listed company by executing a buy-and-build strategy, supported by our roll-up of the best Direct-to-Consumer brands in the CBD, Hemp, & Cannabis industries. 04 CONTENTS ARE CONFIDENTIAL. INSPIRE. NURTURE. In 1983, Chairman and CEO Howard Schultz traveled to Italy, and returned with the inspiration for what would become the culture of a “Starbucks on every corner” and fulfill its founders’ vision of sharing great coffee with friends and making the world a better place. Today, they have over 32,000 stores. Imagine being given the opportunity to invest in Starbucks’s IPO in 1992 when they had only 165. 07 CONTENTS ARE CONFIDENTIAL.
