WHPA Executive Director Responsible for ensuring continued momentum of WHPA’s evolution into a sustainable California nonprofit public-benefit corporation providing, conducting, and promoting research and education focused on energy efficiency, environmental quality and sustainability through the HVAC lens. Develop strategic and business plans and financial forecasts. Establish infrastructure, create governance documents, manage staffing, oversee startup tasks and timeline commitments. Work collaboratively with both WHPA Executive Committee and WHPA Board of Directors. Pursue collaborative industry projects and fundraising. 3
Wendy Worrell is the Assistant Director of the Western HVAC Performance Alliance Inc (WHPA) Wendy worked as subcontractor to WHPA 2011-2017 and was recruited as Assistant Director in 2018 During Wendy’s 2011-2017 subcontractor role with WHPA, she worked to achieve progress toward the goals of the California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan (CEESP) in many WHPA and HVAC arenas Wendy was Partner and Co-Owner of InfoPlast Business Solutions since 2002 providing administrative consulting services to clients in a variety of industries ranging from athletics, recruiting, real estate, energy efficiency Wendy received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from UC Irvine She received her MBA in Business Administration from University of Redlands 4

Represents Williams/Phoenix, manufacturer of gas and electric heating, hydronic or refrigerant fan coils and air handlers, dehumidifiers, and air curtains. Is Vice President, Strategic Marketing and Relationships. Has been with Williams for 28 years with executive positions of Regional Sales Manager; Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing; and Vice President, Strategic Marketing and Relationships. Is 2009 WHPA Founding Member, served on the Steering Committee and a variety of Committees and Working Groups, and is Co-Chair of WHPA’s Codes & Standards Committee. Provides advocacy, mentoring, coaching, networking, leadership, and education for Women in the HVACR Industry—Women in HVACR.
