FULLY COMPREHENSIVE QUOTATION SERVICE IG Doors highly experienced team will prepare a fully comprehensive site specific quotation based on your design drawings. They will review your information and raise any technical queries prior to preparing prices so that there are no anomalies in the information they provide. The quotation will detail individual door specification and prices against a bill of quantities or will show a cost per plot dependent upon how you want the information returned to you. CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALES The Customer Care After Sales Department is always available to assist with any queries which may arise whether directly from site or from your own customer care departments. SOCIAL HOUSING & REFURBISHMENT As in the private sector, IG Doors meets the needs of social new build and refurbishment housing schemes with products and services that are designed to perform. SURVEY, SUPPLY, INSTALL IG Doors are able to offer a flexible service for both Supply Only or Supply and Installation of their composite doorsets and are also able to offer a full surveying service prior to manufacture. They follow an ethos of Total Contract Management which includes full resident liaison, surveying, dedicated manufacture, installation, post inspection, and after sales service. This total in-house service approach helps us to achieve greater control of quality and service across all aspects of delivery to our clients. CONTRACT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Whether Supply Only, or Supply, Survey and Installation we appoint a dedicated Account Manager for the duration of the contract who acts as the first point of contact for our clients.
