THE BOTANICA Venue Hire All renders are indicative only MONDAY - THURSDAY POA FRIDAY $15,000 SATURDAY $20,000 SUNDAY $15,000 Daytime events add $1300 to change roof from clear to white Hire cost includes 8 hours of gate supervision for supplier bump in and out. additional hours charged at $50 an hour, $100 per hour for between midnight -6am (Standard access from 9am on the day of your event (weekends) Minimum spends FRIDAY $50,000 SATURDAY $60,000 SUNDAY $40,000 Prices vary based on the day and the guest numbers $150 – 250 per guest for stand up events and $280-380 per guest for seated events.
