1. Byrne Shares About The Deep Rig – A first-hand account of what happened in the
2020 election.
“This election was rigged and I’m quite confident in saying that really. You know, the
evidence that it was rigged is out there for anyone to see. They just haven’t put the
pieces together.” –Patrick Byrne
Case Study - The Pattern of Election Fraud
The pattern is like the Philippines, Serbia, and several African countries.
» A goon in power brings in the systems. He knows he’s going to lose the
next election.
» They have the election, and for some reason on the day of the election, or the day
after, they shut down counting.
» And after things are shut down and they open up counting again, there’s this big
surge for the goon.
» Then he stays ahead the rest of the way through the election.
A look at America’s 2020 election in the six key strategic states.
» When you see interruption of counting it is typically associated with election rigging.
» We saw an unprecedented event where vote counting was shut down in six places.
» The six cities are very special as they are the anchor cities of swing states.
» You flip these counties and you flip the swing states.
» To steal the country, you don’t have to cheat in 3,600 counties, you just need to
cheat in six counties.
» The counties are in Vegas, Phoenix, Milwaukee, Detroit, Philly, and Atlanta. They flip
the six counties, which flips the electoral college which flips the country – magically
this is where it happened.

November 4th you woke up and it was because
a water pipe burst or something like that. It
turns out in Atlanta the urinal in the basement
overflowed the day before. In those six counties
they needed to cheat like crazy and they found a
way to do it.” –Patrick Byrne
Ask yourself the odd of those six counties being the ones that had to stop counting.
DOES IT SOUND LIKE SOME RIGGING WENT ON?
2. There were more cases of election fraud than you realize.
» There were a total of 85 court cases. The truth is, it is not like the media narrative
wants your to believe. These cases were not all thrown out.
» Twenty-five were thrown out on the grounds of “no standing.”
» They did not look at evidence, instead they tried to find technicalities.
» What you have not been told is 22 have worked through the system and
reached judicial resolution.
» Of the 22, in 15 of them judges found election fraud. There are still a few
dozen lingering.

3. According to Byrne’s research, China flipped five states in the 2020 Presidential election.
» There is data that has been obtained (comprehensive volumes of data) that show it
absolutely the case that this was rigged!
» In each city or in each of these states, it was a cocktail that was mixed differently
depending on local conditions.
» Byrne’s and Lindell’s team have significant information about the tactics used in the
different states.
“One of them is incontrovertible. We have them, we have them dead to rights. It’s
getting turned into legal briefs as I write. It’s also getting turned into documentaries
as well through Mike Lindell. With this information there was massive foreign
interference and we see just how they did it. And we have the computer forensics
that establish beyond one hundred percent certainty what was done. This is the
actual computer forensics that establish what happened and in particular there was
there.” –Patrick Byrne
“This will be in a court case that’s being filed. There is evidence that China flipped
five states here. Twenty hacking attacks in China and a total of a total of 2.1 million
votes were flipped from Trump to Biden. Not all of those attacks came from China,
but twenty of the attacks came from there. I’m not sure what the total number of
votes were for just the Chinese attacks, but they alone, I think, were 40 or 50 percent
of the votes that got flipped. So probably about a million votes can be attributed to
those Chinese attacks and those million votes themselves change the election.”

4. Patrick Byrne says the data is coming out that will be incontrovertible and that it will
prove that it was a stolen election.
A look at what should we do about it? What are the kinds of things that America can do
to ensure election integrity? Patrick Byrne’s insights included:
» Stay calm. Do not be violent!
» Byrne discussed how he goes from certainty to speculation. When I get into remedy
that is speculation. “Do I think a judge is going to bang a gavel and say, Donald Trump,
you’re now president? I don’t think so.”

» I think that they’re going to have to argue that there needs to be a new election,
either nationally or just in certain counties or certain states. They need a new
election or they must open the ballot boxes.
» What I really think they should do is open the ballot boxes. These machines were
sold to the public on the grounds that there’s always a paper ballot backup.
» The voting machine companies have always stated, ‘If there’s ever a controversy,
you can always just open the boxes and open and count the paper ballots.’ The
same people who said that for years, since November 4th, have now been
fighting against actually opening the boxes and looking at anything. They’re
fighting in Maricopa and in Georgia, with everything they can. The secretary of
state the other day said, ‘Well, you can’t look at the ballots, but we’ll let you look
at digital images.’
“You know, it’s really funny. The same people who sold it on the
grounds that you have total transparency have been fighting
against any transparency. What we’re going to present, I think
should make them be transparent.” –Patrick Byrne
Byrne’s proposed resolution is as follows:
» I think the simplest thing to do, frankly, is to open up all the ballot boxes in
every state or at least in those six key states, count them on live stream TV
for the public.
» Next, that information gets given back to the state legislatures and they recommit
their electoral votes.
» So it’s still there. We’re just backing the system up to January 5th and we’re going
to get the data out there. And the states recommend their legislatures meet and
redecide their electoral votes.

“The problem is, I think when they open those ballot boxes, what they’re going to do
and count, they’re going to discover that there’s about 20 or 30 House seats that were
stolen from the Republican Party and a handful of senatorial seats, perhaps at least
two.” –Patrick Byrne
The need to STAY ALERT as it relates to new laws:
» We will have to watch every law that they’re passing.
» Is every law passed now challengeable where people can file lawsuits on the
grounds of what’s happened?
ATTENTION:
“I can just tell you what happened. What the data shows is ironclad. This was rigged
from overseas, but there’s all kinds of different layers to this rigging. And they’re
going to discover that when they open the ballot boxes and count.” –Patrick Byrne
5. What we can do going forward to ensure election integrity?
» We have laws in the process of being changed. Get engaged!
» Information is Power. Sign up for Patrick’s

» Get involved in your local community election
process. That’s probably the most significant
thing you can do.
» If you train for four hours, you can be an
election observer. That’s not enough. You need to do the two days of training
so you can then work in the precinct and be the precinct captain. This is
especially true in these six swing states, plus Ohio, Florida and Texas, You’ve got
to get involved.
What we learned from the 2020 election is that these goons have shown that they will
come on Election Day, they’ll try to just out goon you.

» We need people to get involved who are
not afraid of confrontation.
» We don’t bring violence. They are the
goons. We don’t bring violence.
» On the other hand, we need people who
are going to get involved and who are
not going to get muscled around and
intimidated by a bunch of goons who show
up and start screaming in their face on Election Day.
» You need to do that for November 2022, which is only 18-19 months away. Get
started in the process, that’s the most important message!
“I would say, you know, there’s a group that say it’s like Bikers for America. I’m hoping
they get involved in the sense of those guys who aren’t going to get intimidated. We
need people like that because these goons are showing up and physically trying to
intimidate poll workers and poll observers.” –Patrick Byrne
The public has to be alert and manage 2022. That’s the default setting you’ve got.
“Know that in the meantime, Sydney Powell, Mike Flynn and
myself and some other people are still on November 2020 case
and we’re cracking open and exposing it.” –Patrick Byrne
6. Watch out for HR-1, and now the Senate Election Bill. Patrick Byrne shares his
thoughts below:
» What’s going on is these guys know they rigged the election and they know if
there’s a new election, they’re going to get slaughtered.
» America has seen their true colors and they’re a bunch of authoritarians.
» What they’re trying to do is they need to change the laws and they need to
change the electorate.
» They’re trying to change the electorate through their citizenship policy because
they can’t win an argument.
» We’ve seen the left go from saying, we should allow authoritarian socialism
because it’s scientific. Well, that kind of fell apart by the 1980s. Then they were

kind of quiet for a decade. Then by about 2000 it became socialism because
it’s the only ethical thing to do. Socialism then became “socialism because you’re
racist,” about 10 years ago. Then five years ago it became “socialism because shut
up.” You’re not even allowed to say anything.
7. The War on Free Speech and Patrick Byrne’s new book.
“I’ve never been on Facebook. I had never been on Twitter. But I started on Twitter
when I left Overstock and I got up to quarter million followers during this election mess.
And they cut me off a couple of weeks ago.” –Patrick Byrne
We need to change how we approach this censorship. Is it time to pull away and just
withdraw?
If you’re ever in a narcissistic relationship with somebody, you find yourself doing things
like saying, “Well, OK, next time I’m going to play it this way. Next time I’m going to go
that way and they won’t be able to cheat that way again.” Well, you never can really
cut them off because they keep changing the rules.
With the mainstream media and really the left, we’re in a narcissistic relationship with
them. They’re not committed to truth or anything. They’re just extracting. They’re
cheating. There is no engagement with them that matters because they don’t follow
the rules of logic law or and they’re not afraid of bringing violence to the equation.
I think it’s time to just disengage and find alternative platforms and media, like One
America News or BlazeTV. Look at Lindell’s new platform, Frank.
