Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and current advice we have made the decision to cancel our Communities Fun Day for 2020 that was due to take place on Saturday 12th September. The decision was not taken lightly and we all look forward to planning and running the event in 2021. St Patrick’s Day Buffet Tenants from Panrock Court, Troon, held a buffet to celebrate St Patrick’s Day on Saturday 14th March. Comprehensive Satisfaction Surveys Tenant Participation Update Research Resource has recently carried out an independent Comprehensive Satisfaction Survey with over 600 tenants in South Ayrshire. The survey was carried out during January & February. Thanks to all the tenants who took part, your feedback is important to us and allows us to ensure that we are continuing to provide a good service to tenants in South Ayrshire. Early indications show that our satisfaction levels are increasing and remain above the results from the Scottish Average. We will publish the full results from the survey within our Performance Edition of the Newsletter that is published each year.
