Home Away From Home
Simply put, the perfect setting for a small meeting. Allow us to bring the meeting to you in our spacious, fully furnished
Guest Homes. The Guest Homes are a new and unique option for meetings. The homes are spacious and one home
can be dedicated for your general session in addition to a break out room .
No charge for a casual set-up. Fee varies based on formal meeting set-up required.
Meetings are a “Beach”
Kick off your shoes, wiggle your toes in the sand, and lounge in your chair with a cool glass of iced tea. In a setting such
as this creative thinking is sure to flow as easily as the breeze blowing off our pristine lake.
No charge for this casual meeting experience.

group events allow attendees to mix “business with pleasure.”
Bar Games
Been in meetings all day long and looking to unwind with a little late night fun? Come and join us for Bar Games! As-
semble your team and try your luck at some classic drinking games while enjoying your very own house DJ!
$15.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Campfire with S’mores
Indulge with the traditional campfire treat of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate all oozing together from the
heat of the fire. Good conversation and laughter are sure to follow during this age old gathering.
$7.00 per person, minimum $250.00. Event duration 2 hours.
*Casino Party
Offered day or evening, this odds-on favorite features a variety of fun-filled, “casino-style” games. We offer Roulette,
Black Jack, Texas Hold’em, Wheel of Chance and Craps. Let it Ride can be substituted for any of the games. An
additional Texas Hold’ ‘em table can be substituted for any of the games. Your group can take on the Vegas spirit and
“gamble” for tokens that are redeemable for either Woodloch prizes or your own creative prizes.

Here’s an opportunity to showcase your hidden talent. Use all that practice you put in belting out tunes on your commute

Mechanical Bull Riding
When you hear the word country you think of cowboy hats, the old bar, and rodeos. We bring that all together so you
can have the true feeling of country while trying to hold on to a large mechanical animal that is whipping you back and
forth. Laughter is guaranteed during this event! Add a DJ to provide your group with a western soundtrack they will
never forget.
$1,500.00 per event, 2-hours. Outsourced event, based on availability.
Minute it To Win it
This is our version of the popular TV show on NBC! All of the games that your group will be playing can actually be
played with standard items found around the house. These are non athletic, yet challenging games that your group must
complete in less than two minutes!
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Song-A-Raoke
This event is a twist on the old fashioned karaoke. Teams must pick one song from a provided list then change the
words to that song. The theme and words are given to you to create the challenge of making a song that is unique.
Teamwork and performance will be judged, but most importantly, song voices will be overshadowed by enthusiasm!
$15.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Texas Hold’em Party
Are you a chip leader? Enjoy Woodloch’s version of one of the most popular card games in America. We provide the
guidance and hold’em kits and you provide the players. Play for prizes supplied by your group or select from a variety of
Woodloch prizes.
$150.00 per event includes (1) dealer. $100.00 for each additional dealer as needed for size of group.

These games focus on the teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills that keep you
competitive in today’s market. Each event takes up to two hours, are available all year round,
and appropriate for groups of all sizes.
Battle of the Bands… Ever dream of being a rockstar?
Here’s your chance to get out of the crowd and into the spotlight! There’s a record deal on the line and you must assem-
ble a band and a marketing team to get it! Plan out your tour, design a band t-shirt, dress the band in outrageous cos-
tumes, rewrite the lyrics to a famous song and have your band perform it live at the “Battle of the Bands!”
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Beer Marketing Challenge… Quench your thirst for success!
(Wine or Flavored Water Company Alternatives)
The CEO of the company you work for has purchased a failing brewery. He has chosen your creative team to come up
with a new beer product that will bring his failing company back in the game. Do a taste test, choose your product, name
it, and market it using a new commercial campaign written and presented by your team.
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Benevolent Bike Build… Never thought you would build a bike before, did you?
There is nothing better than doing a great thing for the community while having a good time! In this event your team will
be expected to successfully navigate to waypoints around Woodloch. At each of these points you will find a piece of a
bicycle. Once you have gathered all the pieces it’s time to build! The first team to complete the bike build is awarded the
coveted Woodloch gold medal, but everyone walks away a winner when their bike gets donated to a local charity for un-
derprivileged children!
$25.00 per person, minimum $500.00. Event duration 1.5 hours. (8) guests required per team.
Boat Building… Land-lubbers beware!
What does it take to stay afloat? Your team has 45 minutes to put your materials and ideas together, design, build, and
sail your watercraft. The teams will be judged according to enthusiasm and creativity in addition to the buoyancy and
overall design of their boat. The competition will culminate by testing the speed and “seaworthiness” of the crafts in an
actual race!
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Bridge Building… Build up and over your limitations!
Test your engineering skills! Can your team build a bridge strong enough to withstand heavy weights? Your team must
design and build a bridge within a 50-minute window using supplies that are, well, a little out of the ordinary. Once the
bridges are complete they will be put to the test. Will your bridge stay strong or fall to pieces?
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.

Chain Reaction… Dominate with dominoes!
One of the greatest kid past times is staying in on a rainy day and taking every domino in the house and making one re-
ally cool chain! In this event, your teams will be challenged to make a creative chain reaction out of dominoes, mouse
traps, plastic cups, straws and bundles of other interesting items! Each team will not only work on their own chain, but
they will also attach to the competitions chain to allow for one amazing display of hard work and genius!
$25.00 per person, minimum $500.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
*Chef’s Point of View… Experience life in the “white hat”!
A last minute cocktail party has been requested at the award-winning Woodloch Pines Resort and your team of chefs are
responsible for making it happen. Your challenge is to create an original, cost effective, delicious cocktail party all within
a specific time frame and utilizing only the supplied ingredients. The perk to this game? The party is for you! Dig in and
enjoy the finished goods! Add an open bar to complement this event **(additional fee applies).
*3 out of 5 options to choose from:

Com-PET-tition… Calling all animal lovers!
Here is a great way to have a fun filled afternoon while also helping a local animal shelter! In our Com-“PET”-Tition,
teams will be given a list of objectives that they must attempt. Upon completion of each objective, the teams will be given
a pet friendly item which will go into a Puppy Pack Starter Kit! The first team to complete all objectives and put all items
in their Puppy Pack will win the coveted Woodloch gold medal! After the event is over, all finished Puppy Packs will be
donated to Dessin Animal Shelter. When a pet is adopted, the owners will also receive one of the Puppy Pack Starter
Kits to help the new family get off on the right foot!
$25.00 per person, minimum $500.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
*Fast & Furious Pit Stop Challenge… Who’s got the need for speed?
Race to the finish line in your very own Go-Cart! Your team races against the clock as you decide what parts are neces-
sary to make your Go-Cart as safe and fast as possible while staying within a budget; the longer you wait to buy your
parts the more expensive they become. Your creativity and spirit will be taken into account during our strict inspection.
Finally, racecar fan, you’ll get to experience the thrill of the pursuit as you race your Go-Cart to the finish line.
*Please note that although the Go-Carts do not have engines, some mechanical ability is required for this event.

For the Birds… Create that perfect dream home!
The scenic Pocono Mountains are home to well over one hundred species of birds. Here at Woodloch, one of our prized
traditions is creating wild, wacky, and sometimes very beautiful bird houses for our “flying companions” to live in. Enjoy
the company of good friends and great teamwork while you craft your very own birdhouse to either take home or donate
to a family of Woodloch’s feathered friends.
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
*Just Desserts… Who wants to skip dinner and go right for dessert?
In this challenge, your team will be asked to come up with a creative and tasty dessert, showcasing Woodloch’s “Secret
Ingredient”! Presentation is also important, because teams will be given a theme in which their dessert must draw inspi-
ration! The most delicious and most eye catching display will walk away with the win!

Segway Challenge… Trade your legs in for wheels!
Experience the fun of a Segway while playing multiple games including Polo, Baseball, and Hockey. Teamwork and per-

practice run before the start of the games.

The following programs promote leadership skills, cooperation, strategy, and tenacity needed
to exceed in the work force. Each event takes up to two hours, is appropriate for all group sizes,
and available all year round (weather permitting).
The Amazing Race… Does your team have what it takes to win?
This mentally challenging and physically rigorous event is not recommended for the faint of heart. This signature
Woodloch event can be customized for your group.
In Woodloch’s Amazing Race, search our 135 acres as you battle other teams to reach each checkpoint and com-
plete a variety of challenging objectives.
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Our new Lean/Green Amazing Race incorporates ecologically sound and environmentally educational objectives
into our traditional race format.
$25.00 per person, minimum $500.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Cupcake Wars & Take the Cake… Assemble your troops– this is WAR!!!
Armed with cupcakes (a cake is provided for Take the Cake), sprinkles, icing, assorted goodies, and your own creativity,
you must enter into battle with your bakery to win! Decorate your cupcakes or cake to fit our mystery theme while utiliz-
ing the secret ingredients! Losing is not an option soldier! Do I make myself clear!? Sir, yes, sir!
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Millennium Challenge Course… Go above and beyond!
Foster pride in your cooperative efforts and spirit of camaraderie! This low ropes outdoor event consists of various exer-
cises divided into two sessions. Woodloch’s Millennium trained staff will be located at each of the stations to facilitate
your group’s passage.
$15.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Record Breakers… Here’s your chance to be in the Woodloch Book of Records!
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
40 yd. Dash: Think you’re faster than Usain Bolt? Here’s your chance to prove it! Teams will be
lined up at the starting point to show off their fastest time.
Hand Ball Wall: This event will test your hand-eye coordination. Teams will line up and attempt to
score the record for most consecutive hand ball hits in a row.
Balloon Dude: Each team is given a large amount of balloons to blow up and a designated “balloon
dude” will be chosen to hold the inflated balloons with a specialized jump suit. Once the suit is filled
the “balloon dude” will complete an obstacle course to hold the record for fastest time.

and we’ll be happy to put you to the test.

Scavenger Hunt … There is no ”I’ in Team!
One of Woodloch’s most popular games that tests your team’s mind and spirit! This event encourages teamwork and
cooperation involving puzzles, riddles, creativity and some athleticism..
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Scavenger Hunt: Your team works to find as many items on “our most wanted list” to achieve the
big bonus in a limited amount of time. Solve the riddles, complete the puzzles, and your team will be
in the running for the prize.
Spy Games/CSI… Channel your inner James Bond!
Woodloch’s Spy Games will take your team through six challenging events of espionage, intrigue, and tact! Your Mis-
sion: Save Woodloch. You will be given a semi-automatic to take out your targets who will most likely be hiding in the
open– try the casino. You will need to play a few games to gain their trust. Decode their secret messages that will lead
you to the bomb that threatens the resort! Disconnect the bomb then join us for a martini party (additional fee applies if
added), your favorite drink will be waiting, “shaken, not stirred,” of course.
$25.00 per person, minimum $500.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Survivor… Woodloch’s 2014 Lakefront Game...a seasonal event!
Based on the popular TV show that was the originator for Reality TV, Woodloch presents Survivor Games. Your group
will have their minds, bodies, and spirits tested as they compete in 6 challenging events. Can your group outwit, outplay
and outlast the competition.
$25.00 per person, minimum $500.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Top Shot… Aim and FIRE!
The event will you teach you how to use a weapon and will test your aim. Five stations will be setup for your group: 1.)
Rifle Range, 2.) Archery, 3.) Sling Shot or Rock Throwing, 4.) Trap Shoot, 5.) Paintball. Different challenges will be pre-
sented for each station and the team with the most points overall will win a Woodloch gold medal! Ammunition provided!

Woodloch Olympics… There is no ”I’ in Team!

These events are focused on group empowerment, the cultivation of creativity, and stress reduction.
All events are based on facilitation availability. We seek to fit your needs so we welcome
requests for other activities you might have in mind.
Fishing Excursion
Explore the Zen of fishing. Our local expert angler will show you how to hook “THE BIG ONE” on our very own Lake
Teedyuskung (world class fishing as well as fly fishing are available nearby). Fishing licenses are required for the state
of Pennsylvania, they can be purchased online.
Pricing varies based on number of guests, length of event and location.
Wagon Rides
Enjoy a picturesque tour of our nature trail via our hay wagon! Take advantage of the seasonal offering of our extremely
popular Haunted Hayrides (October and November) as well as the Festival of Lights Tour (December).
$150.00 per hour for truck-drawn wagon. 25-guests per wagon.
$700.00 per hour for horse-drawn wagon.
Haunted Hayrides and Festival of Lights (20 minute event), $100 per private wagon. 25-guests per wagon.
Keeping Fit & Staying Healthy

Yoga/Office Stretch Class: Allow your stress and strain to melt away. Learn practical ways to take
some time for yourself during the busy workday.
Aquarobics: Awaken tired muscles with this low-impact cardiovascular workout.

*Country Road Ride
Enjoy a 12-mile ride on the back roads in the Delaware State Forest, about 30 minutes away. Rolling terrain and wide,
gravel roads make for a great introduction to biking for the novice or a leisurely ride for more experienced cyclists.

HIKE - Choose from a range of easy terrain to more moderate, rocky terrain. Travel times will vary depending on the
hike.
GEOCACHING - Embark on a high tech hunt for hidden “treasure” with help from our guides and a GPS. Please wear
sturdy shoes as several of the geocaches are hidden off-trail and in hard-to-get areas.

*Trail Biking
Winding woodland trails and old logging paths host an adventure in the forest surrounding The Lodge at Woodloch. This
trail ride, led by our Outdoor Adventure Team, offers a moderate challenge and is more suited to intermediate or novices
looking to advance their skill level. Mileage varies depending on location and desire of the group, but generally averages
3-5 miles.
3-hours, $225.00 for 1-3 guests.
3-hours, $325.00 for 4-6 guests.

Game Shows
Woodloch offers a variety of indoor “Game Shows.” Choose from our signature variations of popular television shows
including favorites such as: “Woodloch Family Feud,” “Woodloch TV Game,” “Name That Tune,” “That’s Entertain-
ment” and “Movie Game.” We can customize any game for your group’s program. Our game shows are available year
round and can suit any size group.

Indoor Rifle Range
Safety is at the forefront in our unique indoor rifle range. Your group will enjoy exclusive access to this facility while you

Trapshooting
A great activity that focuses on good aim and quick reflexes! Using our 20-gauge shotguns, participants shoot at clay
targets launched from a trap tower. Our staff is there to guide all participants and instruct new shooters. Each event is
approximately one hour, can accommodate any size group, and available year round.
Tournament: $15.00 per person, minimum $350.00, at least 10 shots guaranteed per person.
$150.00 per event per hour, no tournament. Ammunition is an additional fee at $12/10-shots.

Try something new each season whether it be kayaking or canoeing on Lake Teedyuskung in bright summer sun, con-
quer the climbing wall surrounded by the beautiful Pennsylvania fall foliage, or overlook the entire resort from our 600
foot zipline! And certain facilities are open year round such as the paintball games– duck and dive through our paintball
field props to avoid getting shot!- or you can channel Katniss from “The Hunger Games” and try our new Archery range!

Archery Tag
Archery Tag is played similar to dodgeball with bows and patented foam-tipped arrows. Instead of throwing dodge balls
at each other you actually attempt to hit targets on the other team with the foam-tipped arrows. It is an action packed
game that is great for any group looking for a competitive event!
$20.00 per person, $300.00 minimum fee.
1-2 hours depending on the size of the group, minimum 8-people required to play, max. 60-guests.
Laser Tag
Laser Tag can be provided by a mobile Laser Tag Company. Subject to availability and the event would take place on
one of our athletic fields. We can provide several games such as a free for all, team battles or implement specific team
building games to meet a specific need.
$500.00 fee for 2-hours, $15.00 per person additional over 30-guests.

Festival of Lights
Join in the holiday spirit with a hayride through our nature trail to see holiday scenes light up! Listen and sing along to the
music as it sets the scenes to life! This event is only available on certain evenings, please consult your group sales rep-
resentative for availability.
$100.00 per private wagon, 20-minute event. 25-guests per wagon.
Gingerbread Wars
The seasonal twist to Cupcake Wars! Build a gingerbread house in a mystery theme with tons of toppings! Your team’s
creation will then be displayed among Woodloch’s holiday decorations.
$20.00 per person, minimum $350.00. Event duration 1.5 hours.
Haunted Hayrides
This ride is not for the weak of heart. Travel through the woods on a hay wagon to experience terrifying scenarios of
monsters and ghosts, ghouls and goblins, witches and zombies. Each scene will give you the chills. We hope you make
it out… This event is only available on certain evenings, please consult your group sales representative for availability.
$100.00 per private wagon, 20-minute event. 25-guests per wagon.
Ice Skating
Another classic activity brought to life on our pristine lake. You can cruise along the ice and maybe try a few new stunts!
This event is weather dependent.
Skate rentals are $10.00 per person, 2-hours.
Snowshoeing
This timeless winter activity is available to your group for a scenic walk through our nature trail. Enjoy the beauty of our
sparkling trees and good company as you trod through a winter wonderland.
Snowshoe rentals are $8.00 per person, 2-hours.
Snow Tube Run
Experience exclusive access to our traditional snow-tube run where you can take in the beauty of Lake Teedyuskung as
