ST. ANTHONY OF PADUA PARISH EFFINGHAM, ILLINOIS Are you looking? The Spirit is moving and the love of God has encouraged many of us to look for opportunities to help or volunteer in our time and talent. Is that you? We have an opportunity to bring communion to some of our beloved parishioners that are homebound or in assisted living facilities. A few minutes of your time is all that is asked, and a few minutes of your time can be so life giving. There is nothing more gratifying than giving, especially when we get to see the Lord face to face in our giving of time. Whatever You Did for the Least of My Brothers You Do for Me – Matthew 25:40. Would you be willing to take a few minutes of your time once a month to bring communion to one of our homebound or assisted living parishioners? Your time is all that is needed, the Lord will do the rest. If God is calling you to do this, please call the Church office at 217-347-7129 and speak to Peggy. Thank you in advance for your help!
