out 2022 to engage, entertain, and give a sense of community to all who
live, work, learn, and visit here.

Pairings is a NEW social event where attendees enjoy the expert pairing of food,
drinks, and entertainment. Sponsor this event and your organization’s name and logo
will be featured on all promotional materials - print, digital and on-air - and sponsors
will receive two FREE tickets to the event. Want to hand out some branded swag? You
can do that too!
NEW! BACKSTAGE PASS
$150/event
Want your next event to be the hottest talk of the town? What you need is a Backstage
Pass guest appearance from a Rockstar! Rockstar: (noun) a group of Central College
students that take a non-traditional approach to social media. These nano-influencers
receive free admission into your event and complimentary service of what you’d like
to promote. In return they’ll share the excitement and great experience, tag your
business in the photos they post, and promote your business on their personal social
media. This club of Rockstars will engage with your brand and give you the exposure
it deserves.

Kick off the holiday season on November 21 in Pella with this never-before sponsored
event! Receive maximum brand exposure as the Title Sponsor as Santa arrives for
the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Marion County Bank sells $100,000 in
discounted Pella Bucks! You’ll receive your business name and logo on all materials
- print, digital and on-air. A spokesperson from your organization will be given 3
minutes of mic time before Santa arrives. This is the ultimate sponsorship!

THURSDAYS IN PELLA EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

Thursdays in Pella are weekly summer events that draw thousands of attendees, and
there are many ways to get your name out there!
OVERALL EVENT SPONSORSHIP
• Sponsor may provide banner signage to be placed in the park
• Sponsors name and/or logo in all advertisement prior to the event (print,
social, radio)
• May have employees/team members volunteer to help with events in the
park the evening of event
• May hand out promotional items and materials
• May have other sponsors for specific activities each night, i.e. movie and
craft
CHRISTMAS IN PELLA EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
PRIVATE APPEARANCES WITH SANTA & MRS. CLAUS

Make your Christmas party the event of the year when Santa & Mrs. Claus make a
special appearance to your neighborhood, business, or corporate event in their formal
attire.
HOT COCOA BAR

To add to the festive holiday atmosphere of Pella, we offer a free hot cocoa bar in the
downtown area to shoppers on the Tour of Stores evening and Saturdays between
Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is one of the most popular sponsorships!

Santa loves kids and Pella! He will visit several times during the holiday season
to make sure he has time to hear requests from kids of all ages in the Information

Alliance and HelloPella social media pages as well as link within some employers’

GOLF OUTING SPONSORSHIPS
The PACE Alliance hosts an annual Golf Outing for members and their guests, to be
held on August 19, 2022. Typical attendance is 115 golfers. Sponsorship package
levels are as follows:
EAGLE $1500 (unlimited sponsors)
• Includes eight (8) complimentary golfers
• Top billing with largest logo on event signage, in event materials and in
event listing on pella.org
• Sponsor logo and name listing in PACE Alliance e-newsletter
• Signage on the course (provided by PACE) & in event program
• May have staff members at hole on course to greet golfers; tents are allowed
(must be weighted, not staked into ground)

QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
$250 per event (4 available)
PACE Alliance Quarterly Membership Meetings are a great way for members to
network and learn about issues affecting the area and the business community.

Monthly roundtable geared towards small and medium sized businesses. Each month
features a different topic of discussion from marketing to reach your target audience,
navigating the social media world, retaining employees and tax tips. Sponsors may
lead a discussion. Receive your organization’s name and logo placed on all marketing
mediums (newsletter, calendar on pella.org and e-reminders to members

BIZ BREW
$100/month
Bi-monthly informal gathering that brings budding entrepreneurs, business owners
and community resources together to talk over a drink. The AM Biz Brew meets the
1st Tuesday of every month at the Brew Coffeehouse for coffee. The PM Biz Brew
meets the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Nederlanders Tap & Golf.
• Sponsorship includes both the AM and PM event during sponsored month.
• Sponsor name and logo placed on all marketing mediums (e-newsletter, calendar
on pella.org, e-reminders to members, and directional signs)

• Representative from sponsoring company must be present and able to help

A representative from the PACE Alliance staff will take your candidate on a 45 minute
driving tour of Pella to ensure your candidate not only likes the position they are
interviewing but the community in which they will work/live as well.

healthcare facilities, recreational opportunities, highlight of major events in the
community throughout the year, downtown, attractions, and more!
