Whether that’s by helping you find your way around, handing you the pile of parcels you’ve been waiting for, or offering you a friendly face and a moment of calm on your way into campus. I’m always impressed by customer service that leaves me smiling and feeling valued. This, to me, is what it’s all about. We can’t resolve every issue, though we do try.
