Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a 12-hour course from the Mental Health Commission of
Canada. Just as a physical aid is administered to an injured person, MHFA teaches you how

crisis. It also provides an overview of common mental health problems, causes, symptoms,

Learn how to maintain and troubleshoot small engines such as motorcycles, snowmobiles,
