Damage to hair The removal of the cuticles and/or the protective layer (lipids) are perceived through the following characteristics: Frizz increased Dryness Tangled hair Damage appearance
Damage to hair Alteration of the cortex and removal of the cuticles are identified throught the following characteristics: Lack of Elasticity Broken hair Double tips Porosity and damage / opaque appearance Thinning hair
Build-up caused by silicones (accumulation of residues) Silicones are ingredientes that provide emmolience, film and substantivity to hair fiber. Build-up process: Loss of luster, heavy hair appearance and difficulty of styling.
Sensoveil Soft Sensoveil Soft is an emollient ingredient that provides sensory modification of a formulation, providing combability, frizz reduction, film formation without build-up, shine and softness for all hair types. Crambe Oil Sunflower Oil Avocado Oil Ethyl Linoleate Ethyl Oleate INCI: Ethyl Linoleate (and) Ethyl Oleate (and) Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil (and) Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil (and) Persea Gratissima (avocado) Oil.
Intermolecular interactions between Sensoveil Soft and hair fiber Esters Protein The alkyl esters present in Sensoveil Soft interact with dipole-dipole Oil bonds and hydrogen bonds with different electron densities present in the proteins. In addition, as the esters have a hydrophobic residue these interact by induced dipole-dipole bonds [2] with the vegetable oils present in Senosveil Soft. The esters provide a dispersing effect of the oils providing a dispersing effect on the capillary fiber, leading to the formation of homogeneous and lighter sensory film on the cuticles (Carey, F. A., Sundberg, R.J. 2001).
How it works Outside Hair fiber Sensoveil Soft forms homogeneous film and provides cuticles alignmnent.
