Welcome We can all agree that 2020 was a tough year and while there’s promise on the horizon, the challenges are not over yet. The pandemic has required us all to pivot, but despite the many hurdles, CANASA continues to serve and support Canada’s security industry through its flagship events - whether in person, or online. The need to do business hasn’t waned, as evidenced by the fact that our 2020 virtual show was the second highest attended security event in Canada over the past 24 months. Exposition Rules and Regulations The following exposition rules and regulations will apply in order to provide each Exhibitor the opportunity to make effective use of this virtual space without infringing the rights of other Exhibitors. For the purposes of this trade show contract, the Exhibitor is one and the same as the company. Management. In these rules and regulations, “show management” shall mean the Booth Representatives. Booth representatives shall be restricted to Exhibitor’s Canadian Security Association (“CANASA”), its Board of Directors, officers, employees, employees and their authorized representatives. While exceptions to these rules and regulations are not anticipated or remove virtual exhibits or any part thereof, including their personnel if, in the opinion of encouraged, any such requests must be submitted to show management in writing at show management, their conduct or presentation is objectionable to show management, least 60 days prior to the trade show. Show management will rule on such requests and other show participants or to the public. respond in writing no later than 20 days after receipt of the request. Primary Exhibitors. Space shall be contracted and paid for only by the company making Amendment to Rules. Any matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules application and occupying assigned space according to company name shown on shall be subject solely to the decision of show management. The show management contract.
