HOW TO BOOK Simply visit us at fortwhyte.org and use our online booking system. FortWhyte Alive program bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Programs cannot be booked over the phone. Your request will be reviewed upon submission of your completed online booking form. Consider your booking complete upon receiving your electronic confirmation document. PLEASE NOTE In order for us to best serve your group, please make us aware of any special details such as time constraints or students with additional support needs, prior to arriving for your field trip. Please bring a printed copy of your confirmation document with you on your trip. This document with barcode will help us to expedite your check in. C A N C E L L AT I O N P O L I C Y We DO NOT cancel programs. We do have some alternate indoor activities to minimize outdoor time in the event of extreme weather conditions. Groups cancelling at least 14 days in advance will not be charged. All groups failing to show or cancelling within 14 days will be charged 50% of the total fee. PAY M E N T Payment for your program can be made upon arrival to FortWhyte Alive. Cash, cheques, P.O., and credit cards are all accepted methods. Invoicing is an option, and subject to a $10 processing fee. Winter bookings will be processed after October 13, 2020, and spring bookings after November 16, 2020.
