For 30 years we have continually tweaked and fine tuned the services we offer to
skiing families. Our dedicated family focus enables us to have an uncompromising
attitude to what really works for skiers with children.
Our overseas team is recruited by our senior managers and all have a genuine
enthusiasm for helping families get the very most from their week in the Alps.
Our chalet hosts, childcare team and resort support staff will redefine your
expectations of what is possible on a family skiing holiday.
At the heart of our resort service is our exclusive À La Carte Childcare. For many
guests the attention, energy and professionalism shown by our nannies and carers is a
revelation. Our level of care will allow parents free time on the slopes while children
have the time of their lives.
All of our exclusive À La Carte Childcare is in your very own chalet, so no snowy
trudge to a central crèche.
Whether your family are seasoned skiers or new to skiing in the Alps, we will help
you create your perfect family skiing holiday.

Going on a ski holiday with children shouldn’t mean that you have to compromise
on the simple pleasures in life such as an excellent meal in good company and a
decent glass of wine.
Our chalet menus have been carefully designed to provide families with imaginative,
well-presented and great tasting food. Children’s food is freshly prepared and has
been chosen to cater for the preferences of young palates. Homemade purées and
a range of Hipp Organic baby food are available for babies and toddlers.
Our service includes: 7 days 2 course high tea meals for children, 6 days family
breakfasts, 7 days afternoon tea and cakes, 6 evenings 3 course meals for adults
including aperitif, canapés plus wine and coffee. Guests in our Premier Select
and Premier Select Plus chalets enjoy a complimentary wine upgrade as well
as stylish espresso machines and cheese board with a selection of locally sourced,
traditional cheese.
SPECIAL DIETS (important information)
We will always do our very best to cater for special diets for both adults and
children. As we are catering at high altitude ski locations during winter, local
availability of specialist foods can be limited and may not be available at all.
Therefore it is essential you inform us of any special dietary requirements
at the time of booking your holiday to help us to help you. There is no
supplement for vegetarian or vegan meals. For gluten or dairy free meals there is
an extra charge of £29 per person when pre-booked. The in-resort charge is
£49 per person. If you have any queries prior to booking please call 01252 365495

all of our childcare is in the comfort of
your very own stylish chalet
Our exclusive À La Carte Childcare service has one guiding principle;
if your children are happy and being entertained in a safe environment
by people that truly care, then you will be free to relax and enjoy your
time in the mountains.
Ski Famille À La Carte Childcare is provided in the chalet you stay in. There
is no need for you to trudge through the snow to a centralised crèche in the
morning as our nannies and childcarers come to you. This unique approach
creates a relaxed home from home environment that quickly puts both parents
and children at ease. After a filling breakfast in your chalet simply pop on your
(warmed!) boots and skis and leave the rest to us. Whilst you head out onto
the slopes our childcare team will ensure your children have a fun packed day.
Ski school options are available as part of our childcare in all resorts for children
aged 3+. Younger children will be looked after by our nannies. See page 14.
Our Childcare Team
All of our childcare staff are carefully selected by our senior managers and
will ensure your children have a truly memorable holiday. Our nannies are
fully qualified and are supported by childcarers with a wealth of experience in
professional childcare environments. All staff are enhanced DBS (formerly CRB)
and reference checked. Childcarers are first aid trained.

As well as offering fully qualified nannies and experienced childcare staff,
we have a range of equipment that ensures children are comfortable and
parents don’t have to travel with half the contents of their house!

Your chalet will be equipped with high chairs, changing mat, baby bath, steriliser,
microwave, baby monitors and night lights. All infants are provided with:
• Complimentary nappies and wipes • A travel cot with luxury foam mattress and cotton
bed linen • Homemade purées and a range of Hipp Organic baby jars at meal times
• High quality all terrain buggies are also available in all of our chalets

We offer skiing lessons for children from 3 years old. Our childcare staff will take

Ski School and Monty the Marmot
Our Mountain Marmot morning ski school sessions include options for children
from 3 to 12 years old, whatever their skiing ability.
Our childcare team will help your children get ready for their time on the slopes,
take them to and from the ski school meeting points and liaise with our English
speaking ski school partners. Lessons are typically 2hrs 30mins long but times, days
and durations do vary by resort and age group. See the resort pages on our website
for more information. You can also choose to book children in for our Supervised
Lunch, 12.30-14.00 or Monty’s Afternoon Club 12.30-17.00 which provides lunch and
entertainment until the end of the skiing day.
Monty the Marmot
The names of our exclusive À La Carte Childcare options (see page 18) are inspired
by our ski-mad friend Monty the Marmot. Monty has become a firm favourite with
Ski Famille guests of all ages and your children will have the opportunity to meet him
out in the Alps. Monty has a range of little surprises for children in our care, including
certificates and badges at the end of their week of fun and adventures. Monty has a
real talent for helping children to develop their passion for skiing and the beautiful
mountains. Monty’s Book, “Monty Goes Skiing” is a great way to familiarise your
children with the snowy Alpine environment.

chalets are beautifully decorated with traditional Christmas cheer, a real Christmas
tree, a centre piece turkey, a cosy log fire and plenty of crackers. You can enjoy a
wonderful festive celebration to share and remember for years to come. To add to
the excitement Father Christmas will personally deliver your child's present to your
chalet. Then just sit back, relax and enjoy Christmas dinner together with lots of
seasonal treats served by your chalet hosts. Why not arrange your very own private

Your Perfect New Year
Welcome in 2021 from the comfort of your own family chalet in the French
Alps. Few New Year’s resolutions rival “I’ll start the year with a day of skiing
and then have a soak in the hot tub.”, set the tone for how you want 2021 to
develop! New Year guests will enjoy a special New Year’s Eve celebration with
free flowing Champagne and a specially created menu.

Reberty 2000 is something of an undiscovered gem at the heart of Les 3 Vallées, the World’s largest ski area. Sitting between Les Menuires and Val Thorens, Reberty is a modern
hamlet built in an appealing traditional style. All of our Reberty chalets sit at 2,000m and are just footsteps from a gentle blue run; you’ll enjoy a perfect warm up at the start of the
day and a sedate cruise back home at the end. The sunny terrace of the slope side “Ferme de Reberty” is a popular spot for a coffee or an après ski beer. One ski lift from our
