Most programs have minimum requirements and may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Nothing cancels programs more than waiting until the last minute to register. In addition, programs have maximum enrollments and may fill up quickly. FACILITY RENTALS Outside or Inside, We have just what you are looking for! Birthday Party, Wedding/Baby Shower, Graduation Party or just a Party Party. Whatever the party we have the place for you! Planning a Party? Looking for the right venue? Don’t want all the mess and fuss in your home? We offer two BIG rooms for any occasion. Our multi-purpose room, on the main floor, holds up to 80 people with tables and chairs. You can have a fabulous children’s party with plenty of room for fun. Included is the use of the attached kitchen to store cake and refreshments. We also have contacts if you need entertainment, sports or arts and crafts parties. Plus for tweens and teens we have a disco ball for those dance parties with or without a DJ. Another option is our spacious, bright, multi-purpose room, located on the lower level, which seats 100 people. It offers you a grand space with a beautiful view of the park, and the ideal spot for that special function. (Parties that are 4 hours also have use of our spacious lounge area/kitchen, which is suitable for catered events.) Picnics The Rye Recreation Department invites you to have your family, company or organization’s picnic at Recreation Park. Picnic grounds are available from May through September. They provide the perfect setting for your function. Fees are available upon request and are based on the number of people in your party. Picnic facilities can accommodate 20-150 people. A $100 deposit is required when you reserve your date. Softball fields may be secured on select days for an additional fee of $200 for 2 hours (subject to change). Picnic Reservations begin on January 3, 2019 Meeting Rooms Let one of the Rye Recreation facilities be the site of your next business meeting. Rooms at the Damiano Recreation Center are available for rent on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. All facility rentals include the set-up of tables and chairs, trash receptacles and custodial services. FOR INFORMATION ON SECURING A RENTAL, please email your request to recreation@ryeny.gov 3

We are collecting new unwrapped books and toys for underprivileged children in the Westchester County area. It is our hope to spread the Holiday Spirit and give a gift to a child in need.
