COMPLIMENTARY CPR/FA 3 COMPLIMENTARY CPR/FIRST AID Let’s Go! Through Illinois Action for Children, IDHS will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid training for primary family child care providers, center directors and center staff caring for CCAP children. Family child assistants are not eligible for complimentary CPR/First Aid. Providers MUST meet the following requirements: a. Must have a minimum of 1 CCAP child in care. Register for b. Current Gateways to Opportunity Registry Membership. CPR/First Aid by completing registration c. Must include your 15-digit Child Care Management System (CCMS) Provider ID to the registry profile. This number can be found on the CCAP forms on pages 43-52. Approval Notice (Form IL444-3455A) and the monthly Child Care Certificate (Form IL444-3492). Complimentary CPR/First Aid ends June 30, 2019.
