                                            Following a sluggish start to 2019 for the
                                            property market, we saw that the market
                                            began to pick up again in the later months
                                            of year. This brings a positive outlook for
                                            2020, with the Sydney property market
                                            looking much stronger.

                                             The local Shellharbour market is set for
                                             more growth over the next one to two
                                             years, with the planned filling of the Shell
                                             Cove Marina expected around mid-2020,
                                             bolstering demand in Shell Cove and its
                                             desirability as a popular community to live.
                                             Whilst sale prices are on the rise, overpric-
ing remains one of the biggest reasons for homes remaining on the market for too
long. To see a successful sale in 2020, there are a few key factors to consider, including
listing your property at a well-researched and competitive price, great presentation,
and reaching suitable prospective buyers through advanced and targeted marketing.
