For our purposes, the expression means using all the resources at hand. NAMI Franklin County pulled out all the stops to make sure people have access to the services they need! Thank you to our Legendary Achievers for pulling out all the stops! Thank you for being champions and advocates...for being teachers and guiding lights. We are especially grateful for your capacity to turn wounded places into windows.
