Philisophical Annesbrook Leadership College exists to equip, raise and release Christian leaders into Statement all communities and vocations. YOUR PATHWAY Level 4 Establish a solid Biblical foundation combined with essential transferable skills, leadership and ministry training with lots of hands-on opportunities to put what you learn into practice. Level 5 Take your leadership training to the next level. Build on what you learned in your first year while expanding your understanding of the Bible and theology. You’ll now start adding team and people leadership to your ministry and transferable skill set, whilst continuing to grow in your area of ministry or vocation. Level 6 Be equipped with the skills needed to lead and exert influence amongst other ministry leaders. You will develop skills for a wide range of key leadership and senior ministry roles. Your Future Pathways from ALC can lead you to further education in ministry and leadership, and it can also be a platform to launch you into a variety of professional fields including social work, nursing, business management, production and media, plus many more.

What is an internship? An internship is a work experience placement with a Church or non-profit organisation. You will gain real world experience in live work environments and learn new transferable skills that will benefit your work life and personal life. Students are coached in through key tasks and projects within their assigned department, Church or organisation and are encouraged to both step outside their comfort zone and develop their individual strengths. What is a transferrable skill? Transferable skills are a core set of skills and abilities which can be applied to a wide range of different jobs and industries, and throughout life. They include skills like project management, time management, communication and inter-personal skills in the context of real-life ministry. We aim to enable students to experience a variety of tasks during their time interning with ALC. Learning Options FLEXIBLE LEARNING Complete individual papers/courses (one per semester) with the ability to complete a full programme over the course of up to four years if so desired. 03 APPLICATIONS
Application Requirements Students must be a minimum of 17 years of age for all qualifications. Our programmes are not available to international students at this time. A JOINT Annesbrook Leadership College and Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology have VENTURE worked closely together since 2012 to deliver the Christian Ministry programmes for our National Qualification students at Level 4 and 5. NMIT enrolled students benefit from all the support services offered at and by NMIT. ALC is a Private Training Establishment granted registration by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under part 18 of the Education Act 1989.
