You will gain an understanding of agricultural systems within the wider
context of the economy and society. You will learn about soils, plants
and animals, economics and agricultural systems and management. Your
studies will also give you an insight into the environmental issues in
agriculture and how they can be managed. We are New Zealand's number

The Bachelor of Animal Science will provide you with the broad base
of knowledge, attributes and expertise you require for a career in
animal-related industries. There are opportunities with animal genetics
